This guy is a joke! Was called to see if I would come in two hours earlier than my appointment was. No problem...then I waited in waiting room for 45 minutes. When called to exam room I was greeted by a grumpy nurse who proceeded to ask several questions then said doctor will be right in. Twenty minutes later the doctor shows up. He had no clue what to do except recommend intrusive procedures which cause more pain. Scheduler appeared to have no knowledge of working a PC. Avoid!

Can't beleive it. Was dismissed because of my inabvility to urinate. Was denied the option that was given to me by the nurse to come back and try again, the office manager Jeanette demanded that I leave IMMEDIATELY and that I was dismissed right, then while in the exam room, and NOT finished with my appointment with the doctor. Asked to speak to Dr. Revollo to find out why I was being dismissed and she REFUSED to let me EVER see him and that I needed to leave NOW. She threatened to call the police and press harrassment charges on me if I call there and to have me arrested if I come ANYWHERE NEAR the office. LIED to my insurance company that I was NON-COMPLIANT just because I was UNABLE to urinate at that moment. But 2-3 days later I get a referral for orthopedics for knee pain for 99 visits good till 12-31-2013 and x-rays all for my KNEES. I came in for WRIST pain and swelling and to get a referral under my new insurance for the Rheumatologist he sent me to on my old insurance. All this AFTER I was supposedly dismissed. The referral was mailed to me 4 days after the dismissal. They also refuse to release your medical records to you so you can find a doctor to get proper medical attention and treatment.
The worst experience I've ever had with a doctor! So disappointed!..., Jan 28, 2013

Didn't like Tidwell AT ALL.Judy the NP was sweet but didn't agree with all her advice either.A couple of the office staff were nice including Kay,but receptionist Mina was extremely rude once I decided to leave Tidwell. At 34 weeks Tidwell started implying I might need to deliver early. The first "problem" was the baby wasn't showing sufficient weight gain. Then fluid in the sack seemed low.The next day it was fine. Then baby wasn't moving enough. Then baby showed signs of stress during contractions. Then baby's heartbeat didn't accelerate and stay accelereated during contractions.Every time I went something new was wrong, but the next day the issue would be resolved.VERY SUSPICIOUS!@ 36 weeks I switched to the midwives.I knew they wouldn't pressure me to have a c-section unless it was totally necessary!I had my baby at 38 weeks. He was completely healthy @ 7.1 lbs and 20 1/2 in.Thank you Jesus!Delivery took 4 1/2 hrs but I only pushed 45 minutes!I went all natural. No epidural or anything! My advice:have the courage to leave before it's too late!

You can feel confident to put your trust in this extraordinary doctor's capable hands. He is a fantastic communicator, and he will take the time to help you understand your condition. He is not only a wonderful doctor, but also a wonderful human being. He surrounds himself with very conscientious, patient, and professional staff members. I give this doctor and his office the highest of accolades.
Don't Use Elite Care Emergency or Dr. Jason Gukhool..., Jan 9, 2013

Do not use this clinic! Dr. Gukhool has a major EGO PROBLEM! He is condescending, rude, and arrogant! He refuses to prescribe antibiotic for upper respiratory infection. If you get sicker, the doctor still refuses to prescribe an antibiotic. He does not care what your medical history is. If you start feeling worse, you have to come in pay another $250, and he will still not prescribe an antibiotic. I have never encountered a doctor who is this callous!
