Great reputation- now I know why. She is what you want in a doctor...., Mar 2, 2011

She is an amazing doctor. I wish she saw adults. My son LOVES her. She made us feel at ease and truly cared for during a VERY difficult time in our family. SO knowledgable. and very available. I would recommend her without reservation.

He was an excellent doctor, surgeon and honest human being...., May 19, 2013

Unfortunately, Dr. Michael Regan has passed away. He was my doctor for over 20 years. He was a good, compassionate and highly intelligent doctor who respected people. He will be missed by many patients and the medical community.
Mislead about insurance co-pay and had to pay $350..., Apr 5, 2013

Went in for a mole consultation and got what I thought was included in my $40 co-pay (3 mole tests). 4 of their staff (including Dr. Fichtel) told me that the mole tests were "covered by insurance". Ended up getting a $350 bill for the testing. The situation went downhill from there...
Money hungry. Only in it for the Pharmecuetical kick-backs..., Feb 15, 2013

Poor monitoring of patients. Doctor Hemang Shah is simply a pill peddler with no concern of a patients well being. When patient has trouble due to medication the Doctor simply won't see them anymore. No concern of dangerous and debilitating after effects of drugs. Office staff will lie to protect him. AVOID THIS DOCTOR and his staff AT ALL COST !
horribe doctor, horrible staff, horrible experience..., Jan 21, 2013

office is filthy and disgusting.my son's appt was at 1:30. we left after 4:00 pm and spent about 3 min with the doctor. office staff Linda (front desk) and referral girl, Laurie extremely rude and has no compassioni for people what so ever! not to mention the doctor herself is a horrible human being let alone horrible doctor! My 7 yr old son had a head injury and needed a MRI. not only was she more concerned with contacting DHS to get his school in trouble but she didnt even look at his head! had to wait 3 wk before getting a call for the MRI. I work as a nurse for a doctors office. WE WOULD NEVER make a patient who has a head injury wait 3 wks! especially a child! When I called her office for the 3rd time, the only answer I could get was "we are working on it" After getting frustrated, I asked the doctor herself call me. Her answer... " If you were truely concerned with your sons health, you would have taken him to the ER and we are doing the best we can dealing with sick people" Im sorry but my child's head injury that is causing him to have blurry vision should be more concerning than someone who has a cold! IF you love yourself or children, dont see Dr Willis!! ever
Words cannot describe the feelings my family has towards this so-called doctor..., Jan 1, 2013

We saw this Dr. Erlacher in the ER of our local hospital. My 10 year old daughter came in with severe abdominal pain. I was worried that it may be her appendix. After waiting several hours he finally ordered an x-ray in which he saw a "blockage". He diagnosed her pain as constipation without looking further into this so-called blockage. Three days later we ended up in the ER of the nearest city's hospital. (We live in very rural area.) When the doctors there saw this "blockage" on the xray they did an Ct Scan and an ultrasound. She was in surgery within an hour. What this so-called doctor diagnosed as constipation was actually a 10cm cyst on her right ovary. The result was a salpingo-oophorectomy. Her right tube and ovary had to be removed. The surgeon who fixed her said if we had waited any longer it could have killed her. If Dr. Gray Erlacher had been more thorough and less "charismatic" my daughter would not have suffered for as long as she did. He's very lucky she survived.
