  This practice has very poor service no matter how you look at it...., Feb 8, 2012

Dealing with this practice is only about making money. Everything is oriented around getting you to come in frequently and doing tests. The staff is rude and I will not use nor recommend this practice.

I have never been treated with such disrespect ever. There is a youong girl that works there I am not sure if she is an intern or what, but she is extremely rude and hangs up on people if she doesn't like what your saying. I thought doctors staff were suppose to be courteous, I guess I was wrong. Don't be fooled by their facade, the staff is obsurdely fake and don't care for the well being of anyone.

This is a doctor with absolutely no follow through. She will write you prescriptions for anything and everything, but doesn't bother telling you about any potential side effects. Upon return visits, she doesn't even remember you or what meds. she's put you on. She's not very friendly and her staff is unwelcoming and rude!

Unprofessional bedside manner. Switched doctors after a few visits with this quack. He is always running late, does not keep a professional distance from his staff and/or patients. Definitely a pill pushing doctor if that's all you're looking for. Don't waste your time with this quack, there are much better doctors in the area.

Dr. Torkelson excels at giving his patients his full attention. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Waiting is alway minimal. Follow up for preventative care is always done one time. Fees are realistic.
