AWESOME Doctor. I would definitely recommend Dr Berdick!..., Apr 27, 2011

He has a very long wait time *even with an appt* however, he is very thorough, and will make sure you are on your way to feeling better in no time! Best part is he is sorta like an urgent care, so he can give you meds right there in the office. I had injections in my back for pain, but do not think he is just quick to give u a script. He had me do an MRI, nerve test, ecg, and bloodwork before anything

I trust Dr. Berdick implicitly! He seems gruff to some because he is very no-nonsense, but he is very caring and I find his approach refreshing. His hours are phenomenal, especially for anyone who works. He is quite busy, so I highly recommend getting an appointment as early as possible (his office opens at 5:30 am!) if you need to get in and out. He will never let you leave his office unless he has done something to help you feel better.

A doctor that was willing to listen and help me with medications..., Jan 25, 2010

I recently ran out of the medication that had been prescribed when I was discharged from the army and was starting to feel depressed and on edge again. Dr. Berdick was recommended to me by a close friend. At my appointment, I was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming the office was. His staff was extremely helpful and very nice to all of the patients. The doctor himself was even kind and understanding as I explained my situation. Afterward, he gave me another prescription for the same medication I had previously taken, which was exactly what I was hoping for. I would have no problem recommending Dr. Berdick to anyone who is looking for a family doctor.

Staff does not call to alert patients of problems. ..., Jan 19, 2012

After 5 years as a patient, I made one late payment. The payment was in excess of $100.00 despite my usual $40.00 co-pay. Maybe Dr Leon's staff didn't submit to Aetna. I paid anyway. Months later, they refused to renew a refill and told me that I needed to pay cash for appointments now. They never contacted me about this. Rather, they let me run out of medication and then refused to refill. I had to miss classes that day and find a new GI. My GP was nice enough to authorize enough medication over the phone (on good faith that my labs had been good lately, which they were) until the visit with my new GI. That was lucky, many GPs won't do that, and I am currently stuck with ASU's GPs. Dr Leon's actions were negligent and unethical. I am looking into what legalities this may violate, and will press charges. To this date, Dr Leon had shown himself to be a fine physician, but this incident is unforgivable. His staff had always been a little dodgy. One of his staff tole me she would talk to Dr Leon to see if he would use a little discretion in this instance. I doubt that she did.
A friendly doctor who makes too many mistakes and then covers them over...., Dec 16, 2011

My husband and I both went to Dr. Hoing for about two years. She is very easy to talk with but makes too many mistakes. She has me on a medicine 20mg more than the doctor recommended dose. She also has not filled out paperwork for my care in over a month. She has made numerous mistakes with my husband as well. She has placed undo stress on our family and she in my opinion is not living up to her Hippocratic Oath: "I will remember that I do not treat a fever chart, a cancerous growth, but a sick human being, whose illness may affect the person's family and economic stability. My responsibility includes these related problems, if I am to care adequately for the sick." We will no longer see her and we advise everyone to be careful who do seek her professional care.
Don't waste your time with this quack, better doctors around...., Nov 25, 2011

Unprofessional bedside manner. Switched doctors after a few visits with this quack. He is always running late, does not keep a professional distance from his staff and/or patients. Definitely a pill pushing doctor if that's all you're looking for. Don't waste your time with this quack, there are much better doctors in the area.
PLEASE DO MORE RESEARCH BEFORE CHOOSING Dr. Ronald Leo..., Nov 18, 2011

These comments are in no way, shape, or form meant as a bashing. This is only meant to communicate my experience with Dr. Ronald Leo over the last several years. It is my opinion that Dr Leo has very poor communication skills and is almost rude when asked for specific details regarding ill side effects and adverse reactions for treatments or medications he has presrcibed to me. On one occassion, he prescribed medication to me that I suffered moderate to severe side effects and when told about it he basically told me that it was all in my head. It seems everytime I have an appointment I spend most of it trying to prove that I am sick. When calling on the phone, I have always had to leave a message which is acceptable if you get a returned call in a timely manner which was very rare. I am disatisfied with the manner in which my health condition has been handled as well as the service he provides. I have requested to see another Dr in the same clinic which requires his consent but he would not give consent. There are 14 other Drs in this clinic that I am not able to use due to this and I now have to seek treatment elsewhere.
Dr. Taylor has poor bedside manner. She was very rude toward me...., Aug 30, 2011

I visit the Dr. once or twice a year and on more than one occasion, Dr. Taylor was rude, dismissive and uncaring toward me. I over looked her rudeness the first time, because everybody has bad days. But after the second time, I have decided to look for another Dr.
