Poor customer service. No compassion. Not helpful. Rude. No resolutions offered. ..., May 14, 2013

Regarding our appointment this morning of May 14, 2013. Upon arriving my 94 year old mother was anxious to to avail herself to the services of Dr. Kligman for chronic neck pain. I had been referred to Dr. Kligman by my personal physician. Upon presenting my mothers insurance card we were informed that it would not be excepted as Dr. Kligman was not listed as the primary care physician. I was disappointed to say the least when i was informed of this, as it was never explained to me when the appointment for a new patient was made that Dr. Kligman would have to be elected as her primary care physician in order for her insurance card to be accepted and to be seen by the Dr. I told the receptionist behind the desk that Healthnet would absolutely pay as I occasionally bring my mother to other primary care physicians that are not listed on her insurance card with out issues from the insurance company (healthnet). No avenue of resolution was offered by the receptionist, and in my opinion I was treated very rudely and was also told that my attitude was not appreciated, at which time I told her I also did not appreciate her shortness with me either, to which she exclaimed that I came into the office with that attitude, which is NOT the case. I became agitated because after waiting 4 months for this appointment I felt that it was neglgent on their part that we were never informed that in order to be seen we would need to elect Dr. Kligman as our primary care physician prior to our appointment. I believe this was an oversight in their policy and not a fault of the patient. I asked her to call the insurance company to verify that there would be no problem and was rebuffed, at which time I thought it best that I call the insurance company so their office would be assured of payment. Run from this doctor!!! She only sees you as a paycheck!..., Apr 17, 2013

Run from this place. This doctor will see you as a number and a paycheck and nothing else. Your treatment will not be tailored to you, it's a one treatment fits all approach here. During the course of my treatment, unneeded tests and procedures were performed and needed tests missed. The wrong medication instructions were given on several occasions and of course I couldn't reach anyone before the time I was supposed to take them. Dr Gell does not liked to be questioned about what she's doing and will respond to questions with an attitude during remaining treatments. I had 2 failed IVF treatments here (same protocol both times because Dr Gell wouldn't alter her treatment) and ended up losing all embryos before transfer day for both cycles.

Can't beleive it. Was dismissed because of my inabvility to urinate. Was denied the option that was given to me by the nurse to come back and try again, the office manager Jeanette demanded that I leave IMMEDIATELY and that I was dismissed right, then while in the exam room, and NOT finished with my appointment with the doctor. Asked to speak to Dr. Revollo to find out why I was being dismissed and she REFUSED to let me EVER see him and that I needed to leave NOW. She threatened to call the police and press harrassment charges on me if I call there and to have me arrested if I come ANYWHERE NEAR the office. LIED to my insurance company that I was NON-COMPLIANT just because I was UNABLE to urinate at that moment. But 2-3 days later I get a referral for orthopedics for knee pain for 99 visits good till 12-31-2013 and x-rays all for my KNEES. I came in for WRIST pain and swelling and to get a referral under my new insurance for the Rheumatologist he sent me to on my old insurance. All this AFTER I was supposedly dismissed. The referral was mailed to me 4 days after the dismissal. They also refuse to release your medical records to you so you can find a doctor to get proper medical attention and treatment.

I wen to Dr. Novi because I had been suffering from an incontinence problem for the past five years. His lovely staff, and his excellent knowledge made me feel as if I was right at home. He listened to me and we talked TOGETHER about the right treatment for me. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone, even if you just have a question and would like more information, he's your man.

This woman verbally assaulted me for a solid hour in an exam room. Stupidly, I meekly tried to "defend" myself--under the completely misguided notion that there was anything rational about the assault. She railed at me that I was going to DIE one minute & then later railed at me that I was NOT going to die (insinuating, I guess, that I was taking my serious health issues too...seriously), and then ranted about how I arrived at my appointments "so meticulously put together..." The insanity of the encounter, for me, only rivaled that of my dad violently abusing me as a child. When I was folding my list of questions up to leave, she yelled at me to sit down in my chair. She was so close to blowing right past yelling & becoming physical that I was paralyzed where I sat. For at least 1 full hour I endured this woman's wrath. The cherry on top of this encounter was that she charged both me and my insurance company for the privilege of abusing me. I have very serious health issues & I felt too traumatized to seek out another doctor for 2 years following this assault. I thought she was great when I first started seeing her. After being subjected to the monster, however, I look back & see something different--the exams (gyn) and biopsies she performed on me leave me feeling as though I've been completely & thoroughly violated. She also told me completely erroneous things, like my thyroid would be destroyed and my thyroid needed to be surgically removed. She has absolutely no business being in this business of *helping* people & guiding their health. Do not trust yourself or your loved ones to this woman. You cannot possibly know what will happen & how damaging it will be.
