Amazing family doctor who finds what others overlook...., Mar 15, 2010 Dr. Winegar is a fantastic doctor. For the past few years I had been experiencing black outs, dizziness, shortness of breath, and other symptoms. I had seen many other doctors who had treated me like a hypochondriac and told me that everything looked fine. Dr. Winegar seemed genuinely concerned about knowing EVERY symptom I was experiencing and did not shrug anything off. After some thorough blood work, she found that I have hypotyroidism and that all of the symptoms that have been hindering me for years (and ones that I didn't realize were symptoms at all i.e. hair loss and exhaustion) could be fixed by taking one small pill a day. I already feel like a new person. Dr. Winegar shows real concern for her patients and is a phenomenal doctor. She has treated many other members of my family and although they have been to specialists etc. before going to see her, she is still the one who has discovered my sister's tumor, my mother's hole in her heart, and my other sister's Celiac Disease. I would recommend Dr. Winegar to anybody in the area.

Good Practice, Family Centered, Caring and Empathetic Doctor..., Apr 7, 2010 Dr. Stukovsky is a member of the Mill Creek Family Practice. The practice is very family oriented. Dr. Stukovsky was able to squeeze me in same day. When I arrived I was treated cordially and the nurse came to the lobby quickly. I have to bring my baby with me because he is very little and they let me into a larger room so that the stroller would fit. Dr. Stukovsky listens well and is sympathetic. I would highly recommend him. |

Not only is my doctor very knowledgeable, but she always remembers my name and remembers our small t..., Mar 10, 2010 I would highly recommend my doctor. No matter how nervous I am when it comes to my visit, she always has a way of bringing reality into back into the picture and indirectly calming an anxious patient like me down. Whether she is joking about recent pop media or joining in with laughing with me at how silly I am for being so nervous, she always has a way of making my doctor visit almost enjoyable. She has an easy, casual way about her demeanor and it is very disarming for people that may be skeptical of the medical industry. She is a real person with a real sense of humor and an acute awareness of the various emotions different patients may have. Although she works out of a tiny office that is usually pretty booked and busy, she thinks and therefore speaks fast and can answer your questions thoroghly in the 20 minute alotted time frame that my kind of paranoid visits are usually booked for. The office she works at is open Monday through friday with new Urgent Care hours on Saturday however I do not know if she is one of the doctors that are available for urgent care. I also know that she does work at a different facility at least one or two days out of the week so sometimes it is hard to get her for an appointment and not her fill-in. However even when I get a different doctor at this location, I still have no complaints. Even the nurses who call you in are funny and pleasant. The wait time can sometimes be up to a half an hour once you are in your little room, but relatively quick once you check in. Either way, wait or not, Dr. Ghormely is worth the wait and the visit if just to feel like you are acknowledged and considered as a real human being yourself. |

The doctor will see you now. Otherwise known as a day at the doctors office..., Mar 10, 2010 This doctor and his office staff is about as laid back as you can get. They are professional and know what they are doing but everything seems to be stress free. The do not seem to be over scheduled, therefore the doctor can spend as much time as I need to handle my problem. It is rarely a good experience to go to the doctor because I never go to the doctor if I am feeling good. It really helps when you are ill to have a friendly and courteous staff to help you. |

The whole experience was great.. Facilities, nurses and doctors...., Feb 22, 2010 The staff at the Monroe clinic are very helpful. The nurses are professional and able. Dr. Frey was knowledgeable, friendly and funny. Because the clinic is on the small side, there are very few patients, meaning the waiting room is free of diseased people and seems clean. This also means the whole visit moves along quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended. |
