I think the eye institute in Morgantown WVa is great..., May 10, 2010 I have been a patient at the Eye Institute at the West Virginia University hospital for four years. I have an incurable eye disease that is also rare so I have to travel about 85 miles from home once a month. Dr. Chislom saved my eyesight because I was well on my way to total blindness. I would DEFINATELY recommend him or any other doctor here at this clinic.

They only care about your money, they over charge you ..., Feb 7, 2012 I went to visit the office to have my annual eye check. When I was in the office, everyone keep asking me if I have any friends or family need eye check. And I found out later that they charge me $50 just for putting a pair of contact lens into my eye. When I called, they said that this is just their practice, you don't have to come back. |

No help or care, no followup and a big, unexpected bill. ..., Nov 26, 2011 I was very unhappy with my visit to Dr. Lin. I had a painful ear problem that had been going on for a month, and all she did was look in my ear and say she didn't find anything. No inquires about how long I've had the problem and attempt to investigate the issue. She eventually did a very small procedures that she said might help or might not, and then charged the procedure as ambulatory surgery so that I would have to pay for half the cost instead just an office visit which is covered. Despite the fact that I left in pain, she never followed-up and never even attempted to help figure out what is wrong with me. I'm still in pain. |

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DR VERTRANO! NONONONONONONONONO!!!!!!!!!!! ..., Nov 21, 2011 Wants to prescribe the meds immediately. Doesn't listen and comes off like an ass. I would not recommend him to anyone. This guy is such an arrogant asshole. Saw him only once and knew this wasn't going to work. Waste of time and money. |
