unresponsive, indifferent medical office with lack of urgency..., Nov 29, 2011 Staff is cold, indifferent, with no sense of urgency. I was extremely concerned about some test results but when I called every few days to ask if they were in, I was made to feel that I was bothering them and there was no attempt to give me an idea of when they would be in, or to expedite results more quickly. I waited a half four to see the doctor, she looked at her watch and made me feel rushed when I was in for the exam. Medical advice seemed reasonable but the lack of urgency or empathy made it a frustrating experience.

ARROGANT & TERRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER ..., Mar 22, 2012 Hospital and hospital staff was amazing. UNFORTUENATELY, Dr. Mosbah Chehab was the assigned physician when I was hospitalized and he was incredibly arrogant and rude. He insulted my intelligence on several levels, without getting into details, and after I filed a formal complaint and requested a different doctor he refused to transfer my case and threatened to discharge me instead. After administration was involved his demeanor changed and he denied all allegations and threats he made (nurses did witness EVERYTHING) furthermore, he snuck back in my hospital room and stated that he could do whatever he wanted and discharge me (I was just admitted with pneumonia less than 4 hours before) and call security if he felt like it. I proceeded to tell him to leave the room and only speak to me with another staff member present, he then stormed off, go t another staff member and again changed his demeanor and stated that because I was upset he would transfer my case to another doctor. This was what I was asking for the entire time and what he was refusing to do. It took about 2-3 hours of requesting and involving management and administration to have the issue resolved. |

Bad inguinal hernia repair. Trust your instincts and go somewhere else. Like a vet...., Feb 1, 2012 He has never made a mistake in his life. But I have had three more surgeries trying to fix what he did to me. I will never get those years of my life back. Go somewhere else. I kept going back, thinking he was trying to help me. He was just trying to prevent a lawsuit and tell me it was in my head. |

excellent- very helpful when in crisis or emergency..., Jan 17, 2012 very helpful given my situation. would recommend to anyone as well as visiting the hospital where she works. I can not thank the team there enough for all that they do. Always there when needed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

judgemental/egotistical/condescending attitude/know it all..., Jan 4, 2012 Unfriendly staff. Doctor doesn't listen completely to what you're saying She's quick to make a diagnosis before listening completely to what you have to say and before test results are back unwilling to admit when she's made a mistake |
