DON"T BE ANOTHER VICTIM OF THIS UNINSURED DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!..., May 15, 2012 This doctor seems ok....but dont be fooled! regular office visits seem fine, but whatever you do, DO NOT allow her to deliver your baby! Horrific doctor...WHO IS NOT INSURED to cover mistakes made by her!

Dr. Molina is a great doctor that makes me feel comfortable and well taken care of...., Feb 18, 2010 I recently went to Dr. Molina for a colposcopy following an abnormal pap exam. She is such a wonderful doctor. I always feel relaxed and comfortable at here office, which is important for this kind of visit. Also, her nurse and the rest of the staff in the office are also super nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend her to a friend.

Drove an hour, waited & waited, paid $14 parking, never seen..., Apr 17, 2013 Called for appointment, told 10:45 a.m. avail, I explained we had a 2 p.m. appointment same day over an hour away from her office. Let them decide if I should take the 10:45 a.m. appointment. They reassured me it would be fine. Waited 1 hr, 15 mins then asked how much longer. Told 3 patients in exam rooms had not been seen & no more exam rooms available (i.e. it would be quite awhile). Asked why so backed up and was told she was over booked (no emergencies causing back log). Drove 1 hour, paid $14 parking, had to leave for 2 p.m. appointment without being seen. |

Mislead about insurance co-pay and had to pay $350..., Apr 5, 2013 Went in for a mole consultation and got what I thought was included in my $40 co-pay (3 mole tests). 4 of their staff (including Dr. Fichtel) told me that the mole tests were "covered by insurance". Ended up getting a $350 bill for the testing. The situation went downhill from there... |

would not recommend this doctor was horrible disatisfied with staff and the 2 minutes spend with the..., Feb 19, 2013 would not recomend the waiting time is ridiculous i was an hour early for my appt at 2:30 did not get seen until 3:50 by 3:52 i was out of the office was not able to ask any questions on my daughters ruptured eardrum i dont think my daughter should get water in it but i guess i have to wait till i find another dr to be able to ask any questions. i would definitely not recomend this dr nor his facility the staff is horrible made me feel like it was my fault the front clerk forgot to sign me in an hour ago save your time and money i went to his south alamo location on barlite very disapointed in all services with them. |
