friendly doctor, but only when it suits her. Goddess attitude..., Mar 31, 2012 Dr. Lee at first comes across as a friendly doctor who actually wants to help her patients, but as time (and experience) with this doctor go's on - you see the real side of her. She's opinionted, thinks her ideas/diagnosis are the only one which matters. If you tell her a medication isn't working, she looks at you in a distrustful manner and questions you as to have you've been taking the medication and taking it properly. If you have a long term illness which isn't progressing in a positive manner, she starts to become impatient with you and questions whether you want to get better or not. She insists on lots of tests (labs, scans, mri's) and seeing different specilists. She also prescribes a multi-tude of prescriptions. Her office staff needs training in how to effectively interact with patients in a positive manner - as does the doctor. |

WORST OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. 0 STARS. RECOMMENDED TO NO ONE...., Mar 14, 2012 THE WORST OFFICE I HAVE EVER SEEN! 0 STARS! I waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes only to be called by a nurse and told that I would have to wait at least another 1 hour and 30 minutes with no guarantee. I asked the nurse why I have to wait so long and why no one told me and why my appointment was made so early even though I was not to be admitted for at least another 3 hours and she replied, QUOTE "Oh we don't tell patients, but there is a wait, there is always a wait". Their staff even had the nerve to lie to me and say that they were "filing charts" the entire time, which is the biggest load of bull I have ever heard. We walked out and I was angry enough punch through their wall. I was told by neurologists and many doctors to try to have less stress and this "doctor's" office did the exact opposite. I never saw a doctor, my mom left work early and I had to skip part of school, did not eat (even though I was also told to do so by doctors), and wasted an overall 4 hours (including the ride there) for nothing. I waited for 10 MINUTES at a HOSPITAL, but at this OFFICE I would have to wait at least 4 HOURS. That is complete bull and irrefutably disrespectful. Not to mention that they were severely overbooked, my doctor called for a medical emergency and I still did not get admitted, there was no space to sit, it was incredibly hot, and the conditions are just unsanitary and unfit for so many people to wait for no reason. They should be sued over and over for damages and closed by the government. Worst office I have ever been to. |

Horrible experience! The doc's office seems to prey on unsuspecting old patients......, Jan 9, 2012 Horrible experience! The doc's office seems to prey on unsuspecting old patients who get referred to him by their primary care physicians. I am 73 years old and my visit which is covered by Medicare and Medical ended up being billed for $225!!! for a half an hour visit. Well, the eye pressure was checked. The insurance didn't pay for $134.90 out of this amount. The office failed to warn that they don't take Medical and about the deductible on Medicare. When asked, I was assured that the visit will be covered. Anyway - now they threaten to turn the whole thing to the collections. Shameless! I live on a limited income of about $600 a month and can't afford to pay that much for a visit. The attempts to negotiate the bill have always ended up with the inability of his office to get the right info about the Medical. But this is not all. During the visit the doc kept pushing his glasses and contacts and was very irritated when we politely rejected the offers. Very awkward. It feels like they are trying to survive at the cost of the most vulnerable. I would never go there again. |

poor service, inaccurate information, disregard for patient values or input..., Dec 18, 2011 Dr. McLemore treated me for anal condyloma. I believe she recklessly destroyed a lot of healthy tissue. She cut me up and burned me really bad and she became irritated when I complained about my pain and (temporary) disfigurement. McLemore took a large biopsy from an area I believe was healthy before the operation. It took me 2 months to recover from the biopsy and for my anus to start to regain a non-disfigured appearance. The biopsy also caused me uncontrollable pain. The biopsy turned out to have no clinical value; the biopsy result was not relevant to future treatment decisions. I was left with a small, visible scar on my anal margin from the biopsy. Dr. McLemore gave me unrealistic expectation for recovery time and pain levels. I beleive McLemore behaved with negligence and I have asked for a review of my case. McLemore seemed cold an uncaring toward me most times I saw her. McLemore insisted on not giving me any say in how the procedure was done in my case, but she refused to apologize or admit wrongdoing when her preferred method went wrong. I believe that if you have a negative outcome, McLemore will be cold and uncaring toward you. I believe she will blame you and say it was your fault for signing all the paperwork. And there is more paperwork than you will believe. Most of the paperwork I signed was immediately before the operation and this also makes me suspicious. Obviously, I don't recommend this doctor. |
