Avoid this one at all costs, ladies and gentlemen...., Apr 7, 2013 No interest in making patients feel better, or even at ease. She ignored my health history, dismissed everything that the referring doctor had said and all of the family history of arthritises and autoimmune disorders. She was absolutely rude and cold. It's only the clinic's policy of taking lots of tests and x-rays that made the visit at all worthwhile, as I ended up with information to take to a different rheumatologist! She was happy to write me off, and I'm so glad that I had the choice of other providers in the area. |

I would not recommend her to a friend. Get a second opinion..., Apr 7, 2013 I would not recommend her to a friend. She over-diagnoses and over-treats. Make sure you get a second opinion to be certain of the diagnosis before you commit to treatment. Thank you very much and that is all I am going to say... |

Doctor Charges you for asking you questions on your baby...., Mar 1, 2013 Short Story: THIS DOCTOR OVERCHARGES FOR SERVICES THAT THEY DID NOT EVER PROVIDE. BEWARE!! Long Story: This is my daughter pediatrician since birth. She is now 20 months old. We have roughly 10 or so wellness checkups as is the norm for babies. Every month or so. Every time we have gone, the wait time is ridiculous. At least 30-45 mins. The time with the doctor feels rushed and the service not very warm. Those are the positives. Now the bad part. Recently Dr. Lee saw my daughter for a routine wellness check up. These are covered by my insurance at no charge. The doctor took 45 mins to see me. Then proceeded to ask me when she came in "How long did my girl have a respiratory infection?' This was apparently because my baby had some snot hanging from her nose. Who knew? Babies that are snotty all have respiratory infections? Well anyhow, it was the first time in over a week that my daughter had a runny nose and I informed the doctor that it was nothing more than a runny nose and it just started. So the check up proceeded and Dr. Lee asked me about my wife’s and my decision to not vaccine our daughter. To which I said, we had not changed our mind and that we were still keeping that opinion. The doctor of course getting paid by the pharma group to give these pushed them again, to which we declined. So finally the doctor continued on with the wellness check only to say my girls weight was a little big, but not to be concerned. Finally, as the doctor was checking with my girls legs and arms and what not, she asked if I had any questions. To which I said one. My daughter had some dry skin on her back. I asked the doctor if she had any recommendations for what to put on the dry skin. The doctor said cortisone cream. So after all of this, the visit wasn’t the problem. The invoice for services was. Unfortunately, I can't recommend her. Lacks privacy sensitivity!..., Feb 6, 2013 I saw this doctor once. Her office is very small which would be fine, except while I was there in the waiting room, I could hear everything she was saying during her phone conversation with the insurance company or someone like that. This included the patient's i.d. number, medical problems, lab report results, etc. I couldn't believe it! Doesn't this violate HIPPA laws?? She was using a phone in the front reception area but could prevent this by having a phone in back part of office. Toward the end of our appt., I told her I was concerned about her making calls from phone in front, and I could hear everything she was discussing about a patient. Instead of taking responsibility for the situation, she blamed it on her office, other patients, and then me. She said that that unfortunately she has a small office; that sometimes the reception door gets left open when patients walk in; and that most patients aren't listening for something like that. LOL, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!! She may be a good doctor regarding a broken bones and such (I don't know), but she is clueless about protecting patient privacy! No thanks! |

Pornographic Comments During Procedure DISGUSTING DOCTOR..., Dec 28, 2012 I just have to relay this story. I had a colonoscopy by Dr. Kenneth Brown in Plano, TX and I was thoroughly disgusted. I was supposed to be sedated but I was NOT and I remember the discussions that went on during the procedure. He made disgusting pornographic comments non-stop. He talked about his sexual exploits, made disgusting and insulting comments about his wife, and talked about how men cannot be expected to be faithful in marriage. He made comments about relative genatalia size among men. It was a thoroughly humiliating experience for me as a female. I would NEVER go to this physician again and I cannot recommend him one bit. |
