Do not go to Dr. Torres, he is obviously a scammer..., Mar 31, 2010 I went to Dr. Torres for a medical check up. I was new to the area so I choose someone close to home without really checking up on him first; bad idea. His staff was very rude to me both on teh phone and in person. I had to wait for over 45 minutes to see the doctor while I could hear him chatting on the phone in the next room to a family member. He was unapologetic and short with me and seemed to have a poor grasp on the English language. I am a healthy, young female but he insisted on performing an EKG on me! He obviously does unrequired medical tests to scam money from the insurance companies.

Money More Important Than Patient Care To Dr Chadha..., Jan 10, 2012 When I went to make an appointment, I was told that I was expected to pay between $200-$300 UP FRONT to see him because I do not have health insurance. When I explained that the number was completely asinine and I could not afford to pay that amount, the receptionist spoke down to me explaining that he "is a specialist and there are set value amounts for these things" that it "has to do with codes and other confusing things" that I just "didn't understand." This angered me, as I am currently waiting to sit for my RHIT accreditation through AHIMA, meaning that I DO understand and know how to code and bill for doctor's offices. Once I explained to her that I had never coded a chart for an office visit where a patient was required to pay $200 up front due to lack of insurance, she became annoyed and suggested I go elsewhere. I would NOT suggest Dr. Chadha or any of his associates at O'Reilly Medical Consultants because apparently money is more important to them than patient care. |

This Doctor is recommending Guardasil for Boys knowing it is not covered by most insurance..., Dec 30, 2011 We feel this Doctor's office breached trust with us by recommending a Guardasil shot for our son during a routine physical and not disclosing the full cost of the vaccine which is around $1000 and also not disclosing that it probably would not be covered by our insurance company. We have repeatedly tried to contact his billing department and they do not answer their phone and do not return phone calls. We finally were able to speak to his front office supervisor and she was completely unwilling to compromise or help in any way. |

very unimpressed and not going to return to see her..., Nov 23, 2011 I had to wait over 45 minutes for my appointment. As other reviewers noted, I didn't feel like she wanted to hear what I had to say. I would constantly be interrupted. She offered services like laser hair removal and a facial, but it sounded like a sales pitch, even though she said she doesn't make money off of the facials. I liked the staff. But I will definitely look into another doctor in the future. |

Just wants to get in and out of the room without listening..., Aug 19, 2011 I would not recommend Dr. Woods if you are having any type of issue at all. He just wants to get in the room, do a quick pap smear and exam, and get out of the room as quickly as possible. He does not take the time to listen to issues, and just brushes you aside. |
