Buyer Beware This Dr. barely takes time to talk to the patient, then blindsides the family member...., Feb 9, 2012

I took my Mom in for a migraine. She had not slept for five days because of it and was hallucinating. Dr. Gagan didn't consider that her blood pressure meds. or her migraine meds or the meds they were giving her in an I. V. could have caused this. Or the fact that her thyroid was off. He recommended Resperidal for her. He left the info with me and split, his visit with her all of two minutes or so. I read the med. info and thought he was trying to kill her. It was for schizophrenics mainly. He also said it was for depression. I told him the next day I thought she just needed some sleep. He returned the next day pushing the same drug. I again answered in the negative. A few hours later the pill came via the nurse. At that point I thought I had no choice, as my last two answers had gone unnoticed. I foolishly gave my Mom the med. She became paranoid and scared for her life for the next three days. I was told they didnt know if she would ever be the same. She had two seizures and is now on Keppra. His only reply was that he could give her a different set of meds. He is cold and easily offended. He left me and the other Dr.s and nurses to clean up his mess. It took us eight days total. All over a migraine. All Dr.s covered for him. I'll never forgive myself for not fighting him to the death if thats what it took to defend my helpless Mom.
Great Experience with Dr Gupta for breast surgery - Loma Linda ..., Nov 29, 2011

I had a great consult, preop, surgery, and result with Dr Gupta for my breast surgery! I have had two previous breast implants and both ended up uneven. Dr Gupta fixed the unevenness and I look mah-velous!
Never again this doctor and staff just dont care and wont help when overbilled..., Nov 14, 2011

I went for my anual routine exam which is covered 100% by my insurance. The office insisted that they collect a copay before I was admitted for the routine exam and said I would be reimbursed after they billed my insurance. Guess what . I was never reimbursed. the office manager Stacy will not return calls and it seems like they could care less as they refer you to their billing company to continue the fight to recover your copay. This doctor and staff stands for nothing , just there to bill insurance and medicare .I agree with the other reviewer about the doctors lack of knowledge and unprofessionalism as he used suggestive sexual inuendo in front of his blushing nurse . He will prescribe what ever drug you ask about, who's the doctor anyway.
Scott Yegel had a wait time of 50 minutes Unacceptable!..., Oct 17, 2011

. I am most disappointed in the wait time. I waited over 50 minutes to be seen by the doctor. 50 minutes just to have him walk into my room!! I never received any feedback as to the wait and when I addressed the issue to the doctor he merely stated I'm sorry. If the wait time was going to be long, I would appreciate if the doctor/ receptionist asked me if I cared to reschedule, who said I didn't have something else to do? My time is just as valuable as any person, so when I schedule an appointment I expect to be seen at least within 15 minutes. After all, the receptionist is the one looking at the calendar to ensure I am placed in to a time that is compatible with the doctor's schedule. If I arrive late or do not call, I am billed anywhere from $50.00 to $200.00 depending on the incident. If the doctor arrives late, I get nothing except sorry and all my other appointments being thrown off at that time. Why is it OK for the doctor to be late but not the patient? If you have too many people scheduled or you can't wrap up an appointment in a timely manner, maybe you should try placing greater distance between the next patient, to allot for the overtime (which by the way I'm not getting paid for) in which the patient will be occurring. So many times people say this is the norm, this is not acceptable! If you arrive late at the doctor's office you are billed or asked to rescheduled, if you arrive late for an interview you will not get the job, if you arrive late at your job you will be fired. Why is it OK for a doctor in a doctor's office to be late for his/her patients? I had an appointment; I even brought in my paperwork already filled out. I didn't just walk in. I rescheduled an appointment for another doctor while waiting for the doctor to come in, upon him coming In, I left. He or she will no longer be privy to my money when I have to wait excessively.
if you are not a Chinese do not visit Dr. Ding, he do not treat you the same..., Sep 11, 2011

If you are not Chinese "DO NOT" visit this doctor.... I went several times to visit the doctor for a neurologist problem and a sleep apnea test, he treated me like i was crazy... did not help me and when it was time for the sleep apnea test... they would not give me appointment's, I must wait looooooong time for the second part of the test... I was waiting 2 months and finally they promise me i will have the equipment at home a month latter and guess what, its more than a month and I do not have anything jet, and when I called the office they ignore me, and I think its because I am not Chinese, they give priority to their own, and its not right. Then if you are not Chinese do not go!!!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunally I do not have a car and another places to go they was to far away for me...
