Dr. Jodi Berg Is An Amazing Integrative Naturopath..., May 18, 2013

Dr Jodi Berg is a doctor who really listens. In the 8 years that I have been her patient, my health has improved dramatically. Dr. Berg's integrative approach that includes acupuncture, naturopathy, Chinese herbs, homeopathics, massage and spiritual counseling treats the whole person. I heartily recommend Dr. Berg's Integrative Family Health center.
Poor customer service. No compassion. Not helpful. Rude. No resolutions offered. ..., May 14, 2013

Regarding our appointment this morning of May 14, 2013. Upon arriving my 94 year old mother was anxious to to avail herself to the services of Dr. Kligman for chronic neck pain. I had been referred to Dr. Kligman by my personal physician. Upon presenting my mothers insurance card we were informed that it would not be excepted as Dr. Kligman was not listed as the primary care physician. I was disappointed to say the least when i was informed of this, as it was never explained to me when the appointment for a new patient was made that Dr. Kligman would have to be elected as her primary care physician in order for her insurance card to be accepted and to be seen by the Dr. I told the receptionist behind the desk that Healthnet would absolutely pay as I occasionally bring my mother to other primary care physicians that are not listed on her insurance card with out issues from the insurance company (healthnet). No avenue of resolution was offered by the receptionist, and in my opinion I was treated very rudely and was also told that my attitude was not appreciated, at which time I told her I also did not appreciate her shortness with me either, to which she exclaimed that I came into the office with that attitude, which is NOT the case. I became agitated because after waiting 4 months for this appointment I felt that it was neglgent on their part that we were never informed that in order to be seen we would need to elect Dr. Kligman as our primary care physician prior to our appointment. I believe this was an oversight in their policy and not a fault of the patient. I asked her to call the insurance company to verify that there would be no problem and was rebuffed, at which time I thought it best that I call the insurance company so their office would be assured of payment. I made that call, there was no one else in the waiting room at the time and I was not causing a disturbance. After several minutes on hold with Healthnet I was ab
unsatisfied and in shock that he graduated from med school..., Apr 23, 2013

I waited 30 mins to be seen only after being greeted by the most unorganized and unfriendly staff I have ever seen. The doctor rushed through the appointment and clearly believed he should be doing something else with his time. I was also misdiagnosed and given a prescription for the wrong medication. This man shouldn't be practicing medicine.
DO NOT GO! Read reviews on line. He is the worst!..., Mar 3, 2013

Do not go to this doctor. You will be disappointed. He was the absolute worst! He makes mistakes that cause human suffering and then he cannot even admit that he has made a mistake. Read the reviews on line. They all say the same thing!
Peddles quack medicine and couldn't care less about a patient's time..., Jan 29, 2013

Doctor Masri leaves one wondering what planet he’s from regarding some of the questionable voodoo science he advocates and the dismissive attitude he takes to other specialists. He’s very big on advocating the use of a highly expensive allergy test that insurance companies won’t cover (that should clue you up) and which is largely discredited by allergy specialists and a medical community that sees it as outdated science that renders far too many false positives and verges on the kind of quackery one would normally associate with the more outrageous claims of some in the alternative medicine community. Dr. Masri also took it upon himself to render ‘expert’ opinion on a bowel condition I’ve had for some years and which he claimed was all down to allergies and diet, thus segueing into his advocacy for the testing process mentioned above. The views expressed ran contrary to every opinion I’ve been given by a number of gastroenterologists through the years regarding my condition and how I should treat it, but what was even more disturbing was the manner in which he tried convincing me to cancel my planned appointment for the periodic colonoscopy my condition requires to check for inflammation and any signs of cancer. All of this of course from a medical practitioner I’d made an appointment to see regarding a mole on my forehead that had given me cause for concern! To rub salt into the wound, a follow-up appointment to garner the results of a series of blood tests that were taken on my first visit showed that the clinic has as little respect for the time of its patients as it has for their intelligence when peddling garbage science. My appointment was for a little past 9 in the morning so I theoretically must have been one of the first patients for the day, yet 70 minutes later I had yet to see Dr. Masri, with no apology or explanation from the disinterested staff. What is it about doctors that they have so little respect for your own time, but wil
