A Unique Clinic with Great Staff where you're served with a smile..., Mar 10, 2010 I would definitely recommend Highland Family Medicine to those in the City of Rochester. The staff are friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Each suite has enough seating and space and there are plenty of good magazines. I arrived early and I was actually called early to see the doctor. This is refreshing. I met with the medical tech and they checked my blood pressure twice and then I met with the Nurse Practitioner and she was very thorough in trying to make a diagnosis. I really appreciated the attention and time I was given. This was not your typical 15 minutes in and out type of visit. All of the staff truly wanted to know how I was feeling.

Pill Mill - He almost killed my friend and he doesn..., Feb 6, 2012 He almost killed my friend and he doesn't have the courtesy to return my calls! My good friend Dave is hooked on pills and this guy just keeps dishing them out. He prescribed 120 Xanax plus 2 refills knowing Dave is addicted! Yesterday the paramedics took Dave to the hospital for an overdose. The only person in the office I've been allowed to speak to is Maggie. She was rude and had no concern with stopping the pills or finding a solution, just concerned with trying to cover their butt with double talk. |

Narcissistic doctor won't release patients to see other doctors..., Jan 7, 2012 Reviews of the practice showed that another doctor there had a higher rating, so I wanted to see this other doctor. I was flat out told NO, I am not allowed to see any other doctor at the practice than Karen Bader because that was the first doctor I ever saw in the practice. |

Wisdom teeth extractions, I recommend this doctor!..., Nov 20, 2011 Dr Shah is very professional, informative, easy-going and efficient! I had two wisdom teeth extracted yesterday and had no down time. No pain or discomfort, and I my mouth stopped bleeding last night. The procedure itself was stunningly quick and painless (I went with the nitrusoxide option... laughing gas). Everyone in his office was knowledgeable and assertive, from the moment you walk into the office it feels comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr Shah for any oral surgery you need! -Candace K. |

Great heart doctor. When you consult him you feel you are talking with a friend. Highly recommended..., Sep 25, 2011 I first met Dr. Assad-Kottner in August of 2011. As soon as he entered the room I noticed something different. He was smiling, and genuinely seemed interested. He sat down, spoke with me without interrupting me like other doctors do so usually. He reviewed all of my medications and instead of adding more or increasing dosages he had a talk with me. He motivated me enough in order for me to try again what they always tell me "exercise eat healthier." So far in 2 months I have lost 6 lbs and will continue to do so. When you consult him it does not feel you are with a doctor, it feels you are speaking with a true friend which in my opinion is key. |

Dr. Bagel knows how to make a difference with psoriasis..., Sep 19, 2011 My overall experience at Dr. Bagels office is great. He really cares about what he is doing. He seems very committed to helping psoriasis. His staff was also great. I can always get an appointment when I need too. Everyone is helpful. |
