I am totally impressed with the behave of Joshua Jacobi..., Apr 14, 2013 It has been crossed 1 years and I am totally fit now. Last year I was seriously wounded by cardiac problem. I was admitted to Joshua Jacobi for first treatment. He made an accurate treatment. I was totally impressed to his diagnosis method. actually it was something different from others. I would like to highly recommend him to my friends. He must get A+ rating from me. |

Downhill fast since changes to office and move ..., Mar 7, 2013 Something has happened since he joined NYU. No one answers the phones, have to call for weeks just to get a response, long wait with doc spending no time with you. This is not the level of care or service people expect from a doctor. |

Peddles quack medicine and couldn't care less about a patient's time..., Jan 29, 2013 Doctor Masri leaves one wondering what planet he’s from regarding some of the questionable voodoo science he advocates and the dismissive attitude he takes to other specialists. He’s very big on advocating the use of a highly expensive allergy test that insurance companies won’t cover (that should clue you up) and which is largely discredited by allergy specialists and a medical community that sees it as outdated science that renders far too many false positives and verges on the kind of quackery one would normally associate with the more outrageous claims of some in the alternative medicine community. Dr. Masri also took it upon himself to render ‘expert’ opinion on a bowel condition I’ve had for some years and which he claimed was all down to allergies and diet, thus segueing into his advocacy for the testing process mentioned above. The views expressed ran contrary to every opinion I’ve been given by a number of gastroenterologists through the years regarding my condition and how I should treat it, but what was even more disturbing was the manner in which he tried convincing me to cancel my planned appointment for the periodic colonoscopy my condition requires to check for inflammation and any signs of cancer. All of this of course from a medical practitioner I’d made an appointment to see regarding a mole on my forehead that had given me cause for concern! To rub salt into the wound, a follow-up appointment to garner the results of a series of blood tests that were taken on my first visit showed that the clinic has as little respect for the time of its patients as it has for their intelligence when peddling garbage science. My appointment was for a little past 9 in the morning so I theoretically must have been one of the first patients for the day, yet 70 minutes later I had yet to see Dr. Masri, with no apology or explanation from the disinterested staff. This doctor needs to be put out of business! Very unethical!..., Dec 10, 2012 Went to this dr. as a new patient. If I only would've looked up his reviews first! Was told to fast the night before. My appt was for 9 the next morning. Was not seen by the doctor until 2:30 in the afternoon! Went in for a well womans exam (no complaints) did not receive a pelvic exam but was charged for one. The dr. ordered a chest x-ray, intervaginal sonogram, EKG on my heart and a mammogram. Was sent in the restroom to perform my own pap smear as the dr. said he was not comfortable doing so himself because of my history of cancer?? The bathroom was disgusting. When I complained I was given a rag and a bottle of cleaning solution to clean it myself! I am going to report him to the AMA!!! |
