Dermotologists must be more receptive and understanding of their patients;skin issues carry much anx..., Jan 31, 2011 I have been to this location several times. I was initially happy with them as they were finally able to pinpoint what exactly I had a give me what I needed. Unfortunately they do not want to believe me when I tell them that I do still have it and do not seem to want to hear it. My most recent visit was to simply get a refill of medication which I would obviously much rather stop paying for, but I still have it. This has happened several times where I have it nearly gone and it slowly comes back because I need to fight them to get a refill (I do not think I have ever fought so hard to SPEND money). So instead of considering my thoughts and really trying to understand why I feel that I may still have it, he writes me a prescription for acne on my forehead I mistakenly thought was related to my skin issue. The point is, I did not even ask for acne medication because I really do not have very bad acne and now 2-3 days later without the medication I need my refill for, my skin issue is yet again, making a "comeback." Please ask yourself Dr. Talanin, would I really want to continue to spend money on medication? Please listen to your patients to save them time and anxiety, even though you felt that maybe you were saving us both time by telling me to basically buzz off. I will, needless to say, need to return and spend more of my time and his time again. I understand that Dr. Talanin has gone through years and years of schooling to become a doctor and that he has been at this profession for years as well and that is commendable to say the least, but I will say just one more time, Please listen to your patients.

Find someone else it is a waste of your time and money. ..., Mar 31, 2012 Don't waste your money. The staff is useless. If you get a chance to talk to dr Harley it is 500.00. The pellet and HCG diet is 500.00 480.00 and 500.00 to talk to her-consult. The supplement is very expensive and as far as I can tell is of no value except to make them money. My insurance company is looking into billing fraud. Find someone else. My wife solved her hormone problem herself with simple iodine. Not the 100 a bottle supplements they sell . |

Fantastic Doctor! Made my pain vanish in two weeks!..., Feb 6, 2012 I've had pain from my sciatica for more than 10 years. Since I am allergic to most pain meds, I have been suffering for a long time. Dr. Mandyam got me back to walking upright after he did some injections. The best part was the injections didn't even hurt! |

Lousy overpriced doctor, horrible location, very unproffessional staff..., Jan 24, 2012 I went for a routine visit, and was reassured by the staff that it would be covered by my insurance...then when I finished I find out its not! The staff clearly didn't know what they were talking about, and just told me that so I could come in and make the appointment. The Doctor just rushed the entire visit and didn't even seem concerned about me. I got a very bad vibe that he didn't really know what he was doing, and most of the time he just had the assistants do all the work. Will never go again. |

EXCEEDINGLY GIFTED, PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE - ..., Dec 30, 2011 I have been a patient of Dr. Rutstein's for over a year and find him to be a GREAT doctor, exceedingly gifted in his field. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable when it comes to managing complicated cases (i.e. multiple disorders, disorders in addition to other medical conditions). He is incredibly educated in regards to medications AND their side effects. He has no problems in answering any questions or addressing any concerns you may have. If a particular side effect is a concern for you (i.e. weight gain, drowsiness) he does his best to find alternatives. He is very personable, which is rare, as generally psychiatrists tend to be very clinical. He spends a good amount of time with you, never making you feel rushed. He listens, asks questions, and asks your thoughts on things before he gives you his take. In my experience, he is not just concerned about making an illness or situation manageable, but in truly improving a patient's quality of life. His staff is friendly and very helpful. You can definitely tell both Dr. Rutstein and his staff enjoy what they do. I happily recommend him to anyone looking. |
