Something has happened to my brain and I don't how to fix it...., Apr 20, 2010 On the way to his office I had a paniac attack and did not want to go in. From the time I opened the door his receptionist mad me feel very comfortable and even complimented me on the shirt I was wearing. I know exactly how I looked. It made me smile. When I met with Dr Asta he allowed my husband to go in with me and he started the conversation out with him and about his lifestyle which eased me to be able to tell him about mine. Alot of the times he said things that was exactly what I had done or felt about and explained why my brain was doing what my body did not want it to. He asured me I wasn't crazy and that it could be fixed but not overnight. We, together would work on one thing at a time. My experience was scary at first, but it was a step in the right direction. I would definetly recommend Dr. Asta to a friend or anyone else that may need his type of service. |

A Pleasant Visit To The Pediatrician To Find Out Cause Of Tailbone Pain..., Apr 18, 2010 I took my 13 year old daughter to see her pediatrician due to extreme pain she was having in the area of her tailbone. The pediatrician's practice had recently moved to a new medical facility which was wonderful to experience. The staff was very helpful and walked us through the process of signing in by using one of several computers located conveniently near the front desk. After signing in, we didn't wait very long before we were shown to the examination room where Dr. Maini took a look at my daughter's lower back and explained that she would need x-rays. A friendly nurse led us to the x-ray room and the whole experience was quick and painless. The next day Dr. Maini personally called me to let me know that the x-rays looked normal. The whole experience was pleasant, quick and very professional. I would have no problem recommending Dr. Maini to a friend. |

Less than two minutes time needed for a Drs, office visit.. How sad...., Apr 16, 2010 I had been referred to see Dr. Gaertner at Metro Urology due to and ongoing problem with gross hematuria. I had no idea what to expect as I waited for Dr. Gaertner to come into the exam room. Prior to his presence the nurse came in and got me prepped for the exam. When he came in he said "hello, I'm Dr. Gaertner", he then spent about 60 seconds performing a test, the left saying the nurse will be with you shortly. The nurse told me I needed to have a CT scan, which she would schedule for me. I never heard another word from Dr. Gaertner. |

Not only is my doctor very knowledgeable, but she always remembers my name and remembers our small t..., Mar 10, 2010 I would highly recommend my doctor. No matter how nervous I am when it comes to my visit, she always has a way of bringing reality into back into the picture and indirectly calming an anxious patient like me down. Whether she is joking about recent pop media or joining in with laughing with me at how silly I am for being so nervous, she always has a way of making my doctor visit almost enjoyable. She has an easy, casual way about her demeanor and it is very disarming for people that may be skeptical of the medical industry. She is a real person with a real sense of humor and an acute awareness of the various emotions different patients may have. Although she works out of a tiny office that is usually pretty booked and busy, she thinks and therefore speaks fast and can answer your questions thoroghly in the 20 minute alotted time frame that my kind of paranoid visits are usually booked for. The office she works at is open Monday through friday with new Urgent Care hours on Saturday however I do not know if she is one of the doctors that are available for urgent care. I also know that she does work at a different facility at least one or two days out of the week so sometimes it is hard to get her for an appointment and not her fill-in. However even when I get a different doctor at this location, I still have no complaints. Even the nurses who call you in are funny and pleasant. The wait time can sometimes be up to a half an hour once you are in your little room, but relatively quick once you check in. Either way, wait or not, Dr. Ghormely is worth the wait and the visit if just to feel like you are acknowledged and considered as a real human being yourself. |

Dr. Osafu is a very good doctor and the care is accurate and prompt. Office is smaller than I am ac..., Mar 3, 2010 After moving to Illinois I found Dr. Osafu and selected him due to his office being close and convenient. I require regular visits for my blood pressure and related prescription renewal. My first visit was very pleasant and I quickly became comfortable with Dr. Osafu as my physician and have been going there ever since. All in all, a good experience and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who asks. |
