Needed was cleaned out of my ears because my ears were plugged and my hearing was affected...., Apr 6, 2010 First I checked in. Then the nurse weighed me and took me to the doctor's office. She took my blood pressure and pulse. She reviewed my file with me, including medications that I am presently taking. The doctor then came in, checked my ears, and said the nurse would come back in and wash them out. The nurse was unable to clear the wax and she sent the doctor back in. He finally was able to get the ear wax out. This is something I usually have to do at least once a year. The doctor and nurse were very professional and helpful. I would recommend this doctor to a friend. |

Nice doctor but very mean and unfriendly staff and expensive..., Mar 22, 2010 Before being seen my doctor Ritter I had to fill out some paper work given to me by the nursing staff , they were VERY snappy and didn't want to help answer my questions. Over all the doctor knew what he was talking about.So I would say other than his anything but friendly staff i would recommend him to family and friends. |

This was the first time I used this doctor or clinic, and he was a good listener and very helpfull w..., Mar 19, 2010 The first time being in this clinic, I found it very large and busy, but the service was very good. I got in to see the new doctor and being that he had no records of me or anything I thought he was very helpful getting me taken care of. he provided some of the things I requested from previous doctors and never got. The only real thing I did not like was the long wait to get my results back. |

Visit to Doctor to Have the Wax Cleaned Out of My Ears ..., Mar 7, 2010 This visit because I needed to have the wax cleaned out of my ears. This happens about twice a year. My right ear is always the hardest to get the wax out. The nurse tried to wash it out with water and she did manage to get it loosened up; but Dr. Jebsen had to pry it out with one of his instruments. After the nurse had used so much water, I ended up feeling very faint and like I was going to pass out. So I had to lay down for ten minutes to get over that. The doctor and nurse were very competent and friendly, as usual. I would recommend the doctor to a friend. |

The care I receievd from Dr. Thayer and his staff for orthopedic knee surgery was excellent..., Feb 20, 2010 I found Dr Thayer to be very knowledgable, very understanding, and very clear about his diagnosis, treatment plan, and the risks associated to surgery. This was the first time I had ever experienced surgery, but my mind was put at ease by the professional and helpful staff. The doctor and the supporting staff all knew what they were doing. The recovery after surgery was just as the doctor described it would be. Now, one year on, I am very happy with my new knee. I would recommend anyone with orthopedic injuries to visit Dr. Thayer. |
