Be very careful!!! this man will lie lie lie and hurt you!!..., Feb 11, 2012

My name is Charles, I too am a victim of being lied to and all my hard earned MONEY stolen, I was already in a wheelchair, I am in worse condition then I was before, now I have bad nerve pains in my legs for years and groin area, because this Dr. Tony Mork promised me that it would be all gone and took all my money, he has hurt alot of people I found out through Microspinehurtme, and he has changed his name and location to get a new character and not be followed, his name now is Tony mork and he has opened a new hurting practice in Newport Beach, California. do not trust this person with your body!!! or money!!!
Dr. Duggal and Staff at Liberty Bay Internal Medicine are highly recommended..., Jan 17, 2012

I have been going to Dr. Duggal for over three years. He has become my primary care physician although I first started seeing him to help manage my degenenerative disk disease along with numerous other age-related difficulties. Dr. Duggal's qualifications in multiple areas of expertise effectively make him several doctors in one, including but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, lipids and pain mangement. Although Dr. Duggal is an expert in pharmacology he also has Dr. Nicholas Wyatt, Pharm D working with him as well. The staff has all been wonderful in helping me with the scheduling of appointments and everything I've needed help with. I highly recommend Liberty Bay Internal Medicine with Dr. Duggal and staff.
Excellent doctor would highly recommend for you and your family..., Nov 7, 2011

Very bright, very personable. Listened to all my problems. Came up with an excellent plan of diagnosis and involved me in every step of my diagnosis and treatment. I would strongly recommend her for you and your family.
Scott Yegel had a wait time of 50 minutes Unacceptable!..., Oct 17, 2011

. I am most disappointed in the wait time. I waited over 50 minutes to be seen by the doctor. 50 minutes just to have him walk into my room!! I never received any feedback as to the wait and when I addressed the issue to the doctor he merely stated I'm sorry. If the wait time was going to be long, I would appreciate if the doctor/ receptionist asked me if I cared to reschedule, who said I didn't have something else to do? My time is just as valuable as any person, so when I schedule an appointment I expect to be seen at least within 15 minutes. After all, the receptionist is the one looking at the calendar to ensure I am placed in to a time that is compatible with the doctor's schedule. If I arrive late or do not call, I am billed anywhere from $50.00 to $200.00 depending on the incident. If the doctor arrives late, I get nothing except sorry and all my other appointments being thrown off at that time. Why is it OK for the doctor to be late but not the patient? If you have too many people scheduled or you can't wrap up an appointment in a timely manner, maybe you should try placing greater distance between the next patient, to allot for the overtime (which by the way I'm not getting paid for) in which the patient will be occurring. So many times people say this is the norm, this is not acceptable! If you arrive late at the doctor's office you are billed or asked to rescheduled, if you arrive late for an interview you will not get the job, if you arrive late at your job you will be fired. Why is it OK for a doctor in a doctor's office to be late for his/her patients? I had an appointment; I even brought in my paperwork already filled out. I didn't just walk in. I rescheduled an appointment for another doctor while waiting for the doctor to come in, upon him coming In, I left. He or she will no longer be privy to my money when I have to wait excessively.
I would not recommend this doctor....research is needed...., Aug 30, 2011

Dr. Angster has been treating my sister-in-law recently. We have not had a good experience with him. I feel that he has not behaved in a professional manner with her, becoming too involved in her personal life, giving questionable advice. I don't feel that he has good judgement and would research him further before seeing him professionally.
