Very unprofessional and disrespectful office staff ..., Apr 11, 2012 I have an appointment last April 5 at 6pm. I came and waited... the office was closed. I was outside with other patients waiting for them to open the door. 6:20 i called the office and the lady who answered the phone put me on hold for about 5 minutes and just to tell me that the office is closed and they give everyone a call to let us know that the office is closed. I was home the whole day the day before and the day itself but didnt get any calls from them. I called the following day to make a complain and the lady who answered the phone is soooo MEAN! She told me that my name is not on the calendar and told me "You're not even in the calendar so why are you upset it is not our fault if you come over and the office is closed!" What kind of attitude is that? She is representing Dr. Kulessa in a very disrespectful and unprofessional way. I would NOT go back to that doctor again! |

THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTSTHEY WILL TEST YOU AND TEST YOU AND NITHING COMES OUT OF IT! THEY ARE RUDE AND HEARTLESS. Run away from Dc. L Nazario. I dismissed previous reviews by other patients...., Mar 1, 2012 Nazario has no bedside manners. I waited 12 wks. W/serious health issues expressed the urgency and got a cancellation call at 4:56pm the day before my apt. certainly, calling to cancel my appointment the day before had to b a mistake. I went at 8:30am on my appointment (9am). 10 minutes later after check in a clerk comes out to tell me that my appointment was canceled. I'd already changed meetings, took morning off work & I was in urgent need to see her, was she aware? Yes she was. Office Mngr.realized time was slotted I said I was not expecting her to have a diagnosis at first glance, but that she needed to hear my symptoms & I would come back some other time. He had no argument.30 minutes later came back she said no -re-schedule. Total lack of humanity. No even face to face-on a scheduled appointment paper won’t tell a diagnosis. Nurses search for records after the patient signs a release. I was glad to do the legwork and wasted 12 weeks zero regard to my health and to my time |

ANTHONMY RICKET MORK, HE LEFT FLORIDA AND MOVED TO CALIFORNIA CLOS3ED DOWN HIS FACILITY AND OPENED A NEW ONE IN 3 WEEKS FLAT.HE HAS LEFT MANY PEOPLE ( OVER 80) SUFFERING , HURT, AND DISABLED LEARN ABOUT HIM AT WWW.MICROSPINEHURTME.COM |

Nice doctor with a heavy work load that causes her to make mistakes...., Dec 13, 2011 Dr. Hoing is very pleasent to talk to, however her case load and inability to remember or take detailed notes affects her performance as a doctor. She has made repeated mistakes lately and then lied to try to save face. So far the mistakes have cost my family financialy. We left her practice as we belive she can make a mistake at anytime that will cost us our health and well being. |
