Beware of this doctor - on the surface, appears to be ok but actually not..., Feb 7, 2012

This doctor is not accepting of the opinions of any other medical personnel. She wishes to be the only person with a say in what the patient will do and disregards any second opinions that don't correspond with her own. Her staff is not friendly and has even been known to yell at patients on the phone. If you do see this doctor, I highly suggest you regularly request copies of your records in order to keep track of what she is putting in them. I was blindsided by the comments she made in mine.
More interested in billing for office visits than needs of patient..., Feb 3, 2012

If you are looking for someone who lectures you on eating and exercise (even if you are fit and at target weight), if you are looking for a doctor who requires an office visit for any kind of information, this is your doctor. My own experience is that he tries to require more office visits than are necessary. I look for a doctor that is willing to establish a patient/doctor relationship with me and understand who I am and what my needs are. Sometimes that means just phoning in a prescription or giving advice over the phone.
Kitty has sharp claws! Ouch!! Alpha Female Power itch..., Nov 23, 2011

I was having trouble with a physical therapist who had done a poor evaluation and was in a great deal of dysfunction and pain related to my spine/pelvis/hips. I was encouraged to see Shenk for a more in depth exam. My husband and I drove three hours to see her. She supported the P.T. entirely without doing a good exam and lectured me as if I were a naughty child. MOst of the appointment was me picking my jaw up off the floor because I was so shocked at her attitude. I was basically set up for more failures and the opportunity to regain function back to my spine and hips to a good level is LONG GONE! Shameful woman-doesn't seem to understand the definition of objective or compassion or thorough. Good luck!
Fine needle aspiration for suspicious thyroid nodule..., Nov 4, 2011

I had an ultrasound to investigate a nodule found my endocrinologist. The us revealed some suspicious findings so a fine needle aspiration was scheduled. This Dr. rushed through an ultrasound provided by a tech that made me question her skills, and then pronounced that both the radiologist and the endo were incorrect in calling what I had a nodule nor was he concerned about it and he wouldn't do the aspiration.
This doctor is not professional and bill me for service that I never had..., Oct 19, 2011

Richard Corelli is not a very professional doctor. He doesn't do anything to help me with my illness. Whenever I ask for his opinion; he will ask me back on what I think. So, seeing him is a waste of time and money. He charges me for a service that I never have. When I call him to talk about the services that I never received; he never reply my call. Bottom line, I would go to see this doctor anymore. It is a waste of time and money.
