Dr. Roberts is a caring and educated physician that I highly recommend...., Mar 12, 2010 Dr. Roberts is an outstanding physician. He has a wonderful bedside manner and listens to my health questions. I feel like we have a great doctor patient relationship. He is well informed and takes his time explaining things to me so I can understand and care for the quality of my health. I would highly recommend Dr. Roberts to all of my friends and family.

does not listen to you. you will be better off going somewhere else...., Jan 20, 2012 Reception is extremely mean and act like its the end of the world if you ask them to do anything. The dr. doesnt listen to you when you tell him anything. He puts his head down and seems like he is somewhere else but in the rooaskm with you. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Doesnt take the time to listen to your ailements, reception is extremely mean and seems like they do not want to be there, or help you at all. I would rather be in pain, then deal with reception. Go somewhere else. You will be better off somewhere else |

Unprofessional is how I would describe him. He was not interested in me as a person at all...., Sep 30, 2011 He had only one interest, flirting with the nurse. I did not want to hear how pretty her eyes are, and how beautiful she is. They talked like I was not even in the room. I felt like I was invisiable. Very unprofessional, steer clear of this creep. |

First Do No Harm? Dr. Higgins is a Predator in Garden City, KS..., Sep 11, 2011 Not sure why the computer says some weird town's name under location--I'm in Garden City, KS and I quit going to Dr. Kim because she gave me the creeps. And it turns out she completely crossed the ethical line with a patient of hers who was a close friend of mine until Dr. Kim convinced my friend to divorce her husband and move in with her as a lover and cut all ties to her former life. ILLEGAL! Before the affair became public, Dr. Kim tried to prescribe antidepressants to a mutual friend of ours, a close acquaintance of the lover, who was saddened by the strange personality changes she could sense happening as our friend became distant from her family and friends. MISUSE OF AUTHORITY! An OB/Gyn has a responsibility to assist families, not tear them apart. A Doctor who would use medication to cover her own tracks is a criminal. |

Doctor Ichtertz is wonderful and anyone stating otherwise is full of BS..., Aug 21, 2011 Only people that owe Dr Ichtertz money or are in dire need of money say bogus things about him in order to get money. It is called entitlement and desperation. Sad but true. Dr. Ichtertz is a wonderful and very experienced Doctor. It is a shame that they don't put people in person for false acusations and for commiting lies in order to make financial gains. |

Great pediatrician, does not talk down to adults or kids...., Aug 19, 2011 As with all things Kaiser, you need to keep trying til you find a doctor that is a good fit for your family. I liked this doctor for my daughter, and kept her til my daughter turned 18. She doesn't dumb things down, and doesn't talk down to you. |
