Punyamurtula Kishore MD 20 20 aka MAD DOG MILLIONAIRE..., Jun 3, 2012 MAD DOG Millionaire aka Punyamurtula Kishore MD 20 20 I was in a AA meeting once and the speaker mentioned Dr Kishore, and the entire room erupted into laughter. I saw him back in the late 90s and he was a quack then. He was FAR from free. He had been fined years ago because when you sat in his waiting room (an hour was considered quick) he'd bill the insurance co's for that time. Then once you saw him he'd tell you what a great guy he was for working with addicts. Ive been clean for over 10 years now and those professionals who really helped me were ones that didnt need to continiously pat themselves on the back. Addicts are a nightmare to work with, and I commend all those that put up with it all to help those in need. But theres no way you're ever going to convince me Kishore was one of those people. This Fool Punyamurtula Kishore MD aka MAD DOG was never licensed by Mass. Dept of Public Health to practice Addiction Medicine. Punyamurtula Kishore MD aka MAD Dog Millionaire is a fraud , The American College of Addiction Medicine and the National Library of Addiction has never existed except on paper. Punyamurtula Kishore has been indicted by 3 Grand Juries for Medical Insurance Fraud , bribery and giving out and receiving kickbacks. He was involved in Corruption when he was the Medical Director at the Massachusetts Dept. of Correction , Martha Eliot Health Ctr , Roxbury Comprehensive Health Ctr. and his possess Medical Practice , Preventive Medicine Associates.formerly Addiction Medicine Associates. He used two entities he created on paper that never existed called the National library of Addictions and the American College of Addiction Medicine to advocate his emergence in the field of addiction medicine. This unscrupulous MD used and exploited his patients and employees for financial wealth. The only thing that MAD DOG MILLIONAIRE aka Punyamurtula Kishore cared about was making money at the expense of someone elses misery

Downhill fast since changes to office and move ..., Mar 7, 2013 Something has happened since he joined NYU. No one answers the phones, have to call for weeks just to get a response, long wait with doc spending no time with you. This is not the level of care or service people expect from a doctor. |

Very Dangerous please do a background check on this person before getting worse..., Mar 2, 2013 ery dangerous!! Always do some checking before seeing a doctor nowadays, me and my brother were looking for a spine doctor for our mother, we almost went to this doctor who had a very bad past with his reputation,we did some searching on the internet and found out he was part of a history called Microspinehurtme doctor, and now alot of patients from there have formed a website drtonymorkfacts.com, we learned he has lied about his past,stolen money from patients, lies about what his does ect..., we just wanted to let you know we found a better place at the LSI institute we did a consultation there and learned alot also, Dr. Mork has been claiming to invent his own tools when he was originally a doctor at the Bonati Back institute where he was fired from there also for hurting people too, there are far many more doctors better then him be very careful choosing the right doctor we were very lucky. |

I Almost went to this doctor, I did some checking on him his past is like a real high ranked criminal!! check out this website drtonymorkfacts.com, he must have hurt alot of people to get so many websites against him, how can a doctor permanently hurt someone, deceive them, and have no decency to even return the monmey?? I am letting all my hommies in san jose know,I bumped into a couple of people who have been hurt by him permanently, happy camping!! |

Very caring and has alot of compassion for his clients...., Jan 29, 2013 He gives his undivided attention and his all to his clients. He truly cares. He really has alot of passion for his field and his experitse shows. He puts his heart into caring for his clients and is down to earth. |

Rude , didn't listen to me and was condescending the whole time. ..., Dec 10, 2012 Dr Jodi Shields was rude, inconsiderate and lacking in any basic compassion. She did not knock before entering and consequently opened the door while I was changing and proceeded to stand there in the open doorway talking to me. While I had my shirt off! I was very uncomfortable and do not trust her judgement. She had me get a steel plate to put in my shoes that weren't even for what she said was supposedly wrong with my foot. She didn't listen to me. Performed a basic exam and spoke rudely to me most of the time. I wish I had thought to find reviews before I went. Haven't found a positive one yet!! Wish I could leave no stars |
