Spine surgery is not quick and easy,If it is not done right the 1st time later in life you will suff..., Apr 10, 2012 I am a registered nurse, I have been side by side next to well over 600 spine surgeries, And I have heard many people complain about this surgeon Dr. Anthony Mork , His reputation is getting a lot of reviews from some of are patients, most of his patients have had 2-3 surgeries to get somewhat back to normal after a 1-2 year period of putting up with nerve pains and on pain medication, please be careful when ever considering surgery of any sort, it is best to get a full history of a doctors past- til present and ask many questions, get other opinions, it is your life to protect and most spine surgeries that are not done right end up with more problems later in life. |

Terrible Doctor, Unprofessional and Unintelligent ..., Apr 6, 2012 I had clavicle repair surgery with a plate and screws done by Dr. Gennaro. He averaged at least an hour behind schedule. The hospital staff was awful, they burst a vein every time an IV had to be put in. The x ray technicians messed up the angle of the x rays every single time. A month after surgery I developed pockets of fluid which formed blood blisters on the scar. Gennaro used a bone growth catalyst that had a reaction with my skin. This resulted in a hole in my skin that had to be surgically closed. The catalyst was not needed as I am a healthy, 18 year old who is active and fit. Two months after the initial surgery I broke my collarbone again, along with the plate. When he looked at my x ray his fist word was "Shit". He continued repeating this before saying "I've never seen this before, or read anything about it. So come back in two weeks and we'll see how it heals" I will never deal with him again. The plate is visibly displaced and very painful. If my collarbone heals like this the metal will grate against my skin every time I move as it has been doing. I have never had a worse medical experience |

friendly doctor, but only when it suits her. Goddess attitude..., Mar 31, 2012 Dr. Lee at first comes across as a friendly doctor who actually wants to help her patients, but as time (and experience) with this doctor go's on - you see the real side of her. She's opinionted, thinks her ideas/diagnosis are the only one which matters. If you tell her a medication isn't working, she looks at you in a distrustful manner and questions you as to have you've been taking the medication and taking it properly. If you have a long term illness which isn't progressing in a positive manner, she starts to become impatient with you and questions whether you want to get better or not. She insists on lots of tests (labs, scans, mri's) and seeing different specilists. She also prescribes a multi-tude of prescriptions. Her office staff needs training in how to effectively interact with patients in a positive manner - as does the doctor. |

Excellent Doctor Surgery of Xiphoid, Xiphoidectomy..., Dec 1, 2011 My daughter was injured over a 1 year ago and it took us that long to find Dr. Yurvati who had knowledge in treating her condition. She was diagnosed right away and he go her into surgery and she is immdediately feeling relief. While surgery was a scary difficult time for us he made the process so much easier. He got her in right away and never kept her waiting, he was patient and answered all of her questions, and he was very compassinate and made sure she received the very best care. We are so blessed to have found Dr. Yurvati and would recommend him to everyone. |
