Very unprofessional and disrespectful office staff ..., Apr 11, 2012 I have an appointment last April 5 at 6pm. I came and waited... the office was closed. I was outside with other patients waiting for them to open the door. 6:20 i called the office and the lady who answered the phone put me on hold for about 5 minutes and just to tell me that the office is closed and they give everyone a call to let us know that the office is closed. I was home the whole day the day before and the day itself but didnt get any calls from them. I called the following day to make a complain and the lady who answered the phone is soooo MEAN! She told me that my name is not on the calendar and told me "You're not even in the calendar so why are you upset it is not our fault if you come over and the office is closed!" What kind of attitude is that? She is representing Dr. Kulessa in a very disrespectful and unprofessional way. I would NOT go back to that doctor again!

Excellent results for a complex problem! He is great!..., Apr 10, 2013 I went to Dr. Brooks for a very complex reconstructive problem. He and his staff were so warm and friendly, I felt like I was visiting a friend's house! He listened very carefully to everything I told him and was able to diagnose and propose a plan for my problem. I was so happy with the results and the whole experience! I am now seeing him for some long overdue cosmetic surgery. I'm so excited! |

Fantastic Doctor and Staff - was able to get an appointment for the same day..., Mar 18, 2013 Dr. Lazar was really fantastic. I called the office after I had a sudden loss of hearing in one ear. They worked me in for the same day. Dr. Lazar explained that immediate attention was needed since the possibility existed that the hearing loss could be permanent, however unlikely, if not treated immediately. After a short course of steroids, the matter was resolved. I returned to the office a few weeks later for a hearing test, and everything was fine. I’m very grateful to Dr. Lazar and his staff for treating me so quickly and effectively. |

Go to weight watchers instead don't waste your money here..., Mar 2, 2013 Waited over 45 minutes and only saw the Dr. for 3 minutes. He advised me to try using meal replacement shakes. I could have gotten the same advice from a weight watchers commercial and it wouldn't have cost me $300. I complained to Fairview and a nurse called me, she was very nice, but apparently Dr. Billington was too busy to help me. A month later I got a bill for $300 (this is after my insurance payment). Apparently Dr. Billington lives up to his name, I hope he enjoys his yacht while I lose my house. |

thumbs up for park avenue lasek, dr. chynn and his entire team..., Dec 27, 2012 About two years ago I considered laser eye correction but wasn’t able to get it done back then. Through my research I kept coming back to Dr. Chynn’s Park Avenue LASEK. So although I wasn’t able to get it then I stored it in my bookmarks. Naturally, when I started thinking about laser vision correction I eagerly went and looked up Dr. Chynn again. The site made it clear that the caliber of care would and attention to detail was in every aspect of the staff. I called and made my FREE consultation and was not disappointed. In fact I was never more excited at this cutting edge technique of NO CUT, NO FLAP making it SAFER than the older technique that is still widely used elsewhere.
