UNPROFESSIONAL UNFRIENDLY STAFF and RUDE BEHAVIOR DONT WELCOME THEIR CUSTOMERS..., Sep 10, 2011 Had gone to Dr. Najac office as i was diagonised with cataracts in both eyes. I had a terrible experience with their staff which i want to share with other patients. you will experience for yourself once you go there that what i am writing here is 100% true. The girls at this office are extremely unfriendly. the day of my appointment i was in the street cud see because of my cataracts. i couldnt find their office as it was not on main street there was another entrance to it. so i had to call twice the girl was so rude she almost hung up on me. she didnt want to help. i am shocked that they treat their customers this way. how can they stay in business with so much competition around. they dont answer calls dont answer questions. after a long wait i was able to meet dr najac. he seems to be nice and told me i needed surgery for my cataracts. i scheduled the surgery. because of the girls not following up my surgery was cancelled two days before surgery. i wasted so much time to go for my medical clearance etc to be ready for the surgery. the girls at this office were totally not telling the truth by saying they never received my medical clearnance paperwork. when my doctors secretary faxed them three times and they kept saying they dont have it. she picked up the phone and yelled at them. and right away they say they have it. so that means they were lying all along. I am very disappointed with them. I went all the way to North Shore Eye Care in long island. I got my left eye done by Dr. John Mauro. Service is amazing there. there is a team of four doctors who are sooo good. So organized place. they call you and confirm everything. you exactly know what to expect. I am glad that i didnt get the surgery fm this place as i am scared to think how it would have turned out. Please make sure before you proceed. Good Luck

Terrible Doctor, Unprofessional and Unintelligent ..., Apr 6, 2012 I had clavicle repair surgery with a plate and screws done by Dr. Gennaro. He averaged at least an hour behind schedule. The hospital staff was awful, they burst a vein every time an IV had to be put in. The x ray technicians messed up the angle of the x rays every single time. A month after surgery I developed pockets of fluid which formed blood blisters on the scar. Gennaro used a bone growth catalyst that had a reaction with my skin. This resulted in a hole in my skin that had to be surgically closed. The catalyst was not needed as I am a healthy, 18 year old who is active and fit. Two months after the initial surgery I broke my collarbone again, along with the plate. When he looked at my x ray his fist word was "Shit". He continued repeating this before saying "I've never seen this before, or read anything about it. So come back in two weeks and we'll see how it heals" I will never deal with him again. The plate is visibly displaced and very painful. If my collarbone heals like this the metal will grate against my skin every time I move as it has been doing. I have never had a worse medical experience |

Laziest staff I have ever experienced. No care for patients, just money..., Mar 23, 2012 There is a dark underbelly to the medical profession and never have I seen it so blatantly as in this office. My mother was in Dr. Greenberg's care. I would have to call the office day after day after day to get the simplest things accomplished. It took me a week to get the office to fax over the proper documentation so we could get oxygen. Over a week to get the staff to get a pre-approval on a prescription. Dr. Greenberg herself obviously does not know the laws governing her own profession in NJ because the scripts she wrote for my mothers pain meds were unacceptable so I had to drive back to the office to get corrected scripts. My mother was too weak to handle chemotherapy but they gave it to her anyway and it put her in the hospice wing of the hospital. Before I called an ambulance the day after her chemo I called the office, told them I was terrified, didn't know what to do and I needed to speak with one of the doctors or nurses. I was told a nurse would call me back immediately. After two hours I called 911 and while I waited for them to arrive the office called me about a referral from the home health nurse. When I told her I was taking mom to the hospital she said "If you have that kind of problem you should call us directly" I told her I had over two hours ago and I couldn't wait for her useless staff any longer. If you use this office, become an expert on cancer and be prepared to do all the work yourself. These people are useless to the nth degree!!!! Due to their laziness, and their lack of care or concern, I am sitting waiting for my mother to die 6 weeks after her diagnosis. The only doctor there worth her salt is Dr. LaNatra and if she were smart she would branch out on her own and hire a competent staff. |

brain cancer given 10% survival chances, now 6 yrs cancer-free..., Mar 20, 2012 Dr. Forbes treated me six years ago for advanced brain cancer, right frontal lobe including sinus cavity, using Novellus machine. He is the best, gave me superb and compassionate care, and I'm still cancer-free six years later. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I owe my survival to him. |

Truly a new, modern American doctor. He should have studied law...., Mar 18, 2012 Dmowski is a woefully skilled, monument of inadequacy. He is a proud failure as a doctor who could care less about a patient; which makes him the poster-boy for all corporate physicians who came to the medical industry to create a lasting legacy built on cold, hard cash and nothing more. |

Horrible experience..no knowledge from DR MARAR!!!!!..., Feb 13, 2012 This doctor is the worst. She will say you need further studies done just to make more money..point blank. I went back to another sleep study doctor who refuted everything thing this 'doctor' said. |
