  Wouldn't recomend going to the doctor. Very unsatisfied...., May 16, 2013

Dr. Jeffries was speeding through my appt. She had the tools that she was going to use for my annual visit sitting on a stack of recycled cut into quarters paper that had been written on instead of a sanitary sheet. Her tools were left out in a pen cup with the applicators upward exposed to the air. Her medical waste bin and applicators overflowing and couldn't shut. Lastly, she used the speculum on me, was so rough, she caused me to bleed and then dumped the speculum, blood and all in a hand washing sink. Apparently, I'm not the only one who has experienced this bad practice. I would most certainly not recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Lazar was really fantastic. I called the office after I had a sudden loss of hearing in one ear. They worked me in for the same day. Dr. Lazar explained that immediate attention was needed since the possibility existed that the hearing loss could be permanent, however unlikely, if not treated immediately. After a short course of steroids, the matter was resolved. I returned to the office a few weeks later for a hearing test, and everything was fine. I’m very grateful to Dr. Lazar and his staff for treating me so quickly and effectively.

Doctor Masri leaves one wondering what planet he’s from regarding some of the questionable voodoo science he advocates and the dismissive attitude he takes to other specialists. He’s very big on advocating the use of a highly expensive allergy test that insurance companies won’t cover (that should clue you up) and which is largely discredited by allergy specialists and a medical community that sees it as outdated science that renders far too many false positives and verges on the kind of quackery one would normally associate with the more outrageous claims of some in the alternative medicine community. Dr. Masri also took it upon himself to render ‘expert’ opinion on a bowel condition I’ve had for some years and which he claimed was all down to allergies and diet, thus segueing into his advocacy for the testing process mentioned above. The views expressed ran contrary to every opinion I’ve been given by a number of gastroenterologists through the years regarding my condition and how I should treat it, but what was even more disturbing was the manner in which he tried convincing me to cancel my planned appointment for the periodic colonoscopy my condition requires to check for inflammation and any signs of cancer. All of this of course from a medical practitioner I’d made an appointment to see regarding a mole on my forehead that had given me cause for concern! To rub salt into the wound, a follow-up appointment to garner the results of a series of blood tests that were taken on my first visit showed that the clinic has as little respect for the time of its patients as it has for their intelligence when peddling garbage science. My appointment was for a little past 9 in the morning so I theoretically must have been one of the first patients for the day, yet 70 minutes later I had yet to see Dr. Masri, with no apology or explanation from the disinterested staff. Do not use this clinic! Dr. Gukhool has a major EGO PROBLEM! He is condescending, rude, and arrogant! He refuses to prescribe antibiotic for upper respiratory infection. If you get sicker, the doctor still refuses to prescribe an antibiotic. He does not care what your medical history is. If you start feeling worse, you have to come in pay another $250, and he will still not prescribe an antibiotic. I have never encountered a doctor who is this callous!

tuvi mendel NEVER diagnosed a painful, debilitating post op staph infection. Leaving me with considerable damage and ongoing pain. I pleaded with him that it had to be infected. He insisted repeatedly it was not.............It WAS. Why tuvi, why!!!! The symptoms were SO obvious.
