  Not recommendeddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd..., May 2, 2011

Dr. Thakur didn't follow up with me, didn't find the source of my symptoms, and didn't respond to my several emails, phone calls, and letters. I missed my health insurance due to not getting a response from him. Very sad situation. Kind man though.

My physician failed to acknowledge, address, and eliminate the source of my pain...., Mar 28, 2010

I had a spinal tap, in order to insure that my persistent flu like symptoms and fever weren’t meningitis. I saw Dr. Thakur to follow up. I had a persistent headache, and he informed me that it was a spinal tap related headache. It was caused by leaky spinal fluid. He advised me to go home, lie flat, and wait for it to go away. It never went away. I used up all of my sick leave at a new job. My headache was present whenever I was upright. These headaches are a lot like migraines in their level of pain. After many weeks, I asked him about a blood patch. My supervisor at work had the same problem after a spinal tap in the past. He told me about it. After I made the suggestion to Dr. Thakur, he referred me to have one. I felt better before I was off the table. Because I’ve had a problem with doctor’s failing to listen and/or address my ailments in the past, I stopped seeing Dr. Thakur. He’s a nice enough guy. It’s easy to establish a rapport with him, but, ultimately, he left me in pain for far too long. Missing days of work, in the modern age, is a quick way to lose your job. I need someone who is mindful of that fact and considerate of my pain and discomfort.

Not a nice person and untrustworthy doctor - Very sad experience..., Nov 1, 2011

He recommended a hysterectomy for a one inch fibroid and said surgery was the only option. The problem was I had lower right groin pain and not uterine pain. He felt the fibroid - how could he make such a big mistake? Unless he just wanted to perform surgery and make some money. Problem was - it devastated me. A morsel of caring from him would have been nice, instead, he pretty ruthlessly kicked me out. A family member said she had never seen a doctor be so cold and so cruel.

Dr. Snyder is a really good doctor, that really cares..., Aug 25, 2011

I take my two daughters to Dr. Snyder. She is very nice and shows that she really cares for the patients well being. I took my oldest daughter for a check up and gave her medicine for her acne, when I didn't even know it could be treated by a pediatrician.
Just wants to get in and out of the room without listening..., Aug 19, 2011

I would not recommend Dr. Woods if you are having any type of issue at all. He just wants to get in the room, do a quick pap smear and exam, and get out of the room as quickly as possible. He does not take the time to listen to issues, and just brushes you aside.
