Money More Important Than Patient Care To Dr Chadha..., Jan 10, 2012 When I went to make an appointment, I was told that I was expected to pay between $200-$300 UP FRONT to see him because I do not have health insurance. When I explained that the number was completely asinine and I could not afford to pay that amount, the receptionist spoke down to me explaining that he "is a specialist and there are set value amounts for these things" that it "has to do with codes and other confusing things" that I just "didn't understand." This angered me, as I am currently waiting to sit for my RHIT accreditation through AHIMA, meaning that I DO understand and know how to code and bill for doctor's offices. Once I explained to her that I had never coded a chart for an office visit where a patient was required to pay $200 up front due to lack of insurance, she became annoyed and suggested I go elsewhere. I would NOT suggest Dr. Chadha or any of his associates at O'Reilly Medical Consultants because apparently money is more important to them than patient care.

Poor customer service. No compassion. Not helpful. Rude. No resolutions offered. ..., May 14, 2013 Regarding our appointment this morning of May 14, 2013. Upon arriving my 94 year old mother was anxious to to avail herself to the services of Dr. Kligman for chronic neck pain. I had been referred to Dr. Kligman by my personal physician. Upon presenting my mothers insurance card we were informed that it would not be excepted as Dr. Kligman was not listed as the primary care physician. I was disappointed to say the least when i was informed of this, as it was never explained to me when the appointment for a new patient was made that Dr. Kligman would have to be elected as her primary care physician in order for her insurance card to be accepted and to be seen by the Dr. I told the receptionist behind the desk that Healthnet would absolutely pay as I occasionally bring my mother to other primary care physicians that are not listed on her insurance card with out issues from the insurance company (healthnet). No avenue of resolution was offered by the receptionist, and in my opinion I was treated very rudely and was also told that my attitude was not appreciated, at which time I told her I also did not appreciate her shortness with me either, to which she exclaimed that I came into the office with that attitude, which is NOT the case. I became agitated because after waiting 4 months for this appointment I felt that it was neglgent on their part that we were never informed that in order to be seen we would need to elect Dr. Kligman as our primary care physician prior to our appointment. I believe this was an oversight in their policy and not a fault of the patient. I asked her to call the insurance company to verify that there would be no problem and was rebuffed, at which time I thought it best that I call the insurance company so their office would be assured of payment. I made that call, there was no one else in the waiting room at the time and I was not causing a disturbance. After several minutes on hold with Healthnet I was ab |

Appalled and Disappointed in my 4 Visits With Doctor..., May 5, 2013 This doctor is rude, doesn't listen to patients and your wait time to see her will be no shorter than 1 hour. Your appointment will be rushed, she will not answer your questions, but will walk quickly out the door to go to her next patient. Her entire set up of work is designed to make as much money as possible and keep the patient sick. She has 3 cars. 2 Mercedes and an Audi and acts like she is God. There is some serious narcissism going on and she needs to stop stealing money from vulnerable patients. |

unsatisfied and in shock that he graduated from med school..., Apr 23, 2013 I waited 30 mins to be seen only after being greeted by the most unorganized and unfriendly staff I have ever seen. The doctor rushed through the appointment and clearly believed he should be doing something else with his time. I was also misdiagnosed and given a prescription for the wrong medication. This man shouldn't be practicing medicine. |

Pornographic Comments During Procedure DISGUSTING DOCTOR..., Dec 28, 2012 I just have to relay this story. I had a colonoscopy by Dr. Kenneth Brown in Plano, TX and I was thoroughly disgusted. I was supposed to be sedated but I was NOT and I remember the discussions that went on during the procedure. He made disgusting pornographic comments non-stop. He talked about his sexual exploits, made disgusting and insulting comments about his wife, and talked about how men cannot be expected to be faithful in marriage. He made comments about relative genatalia size among men. It was a thoroughly humiliating experience for me as a female. I would NEVER go to this physician again and I cannot recommend him one bit. |
