Less than two minutes time needed for a Drs, office visit.. How sad...., Apr 16, 2010 I had been referred to see Dr. Gaertner at Metro Urology due to and ongoing problem with gross hematuria. I had no idea what to expect as I waited for Dr. Gaertner to come into the exam room. Prior to his presence the nurse came in and got me prepped for the exam. When he came in he said "hello, I'm Dr. Gaertner", he then spent about 60 seconds performing a test, the left saying the nurse will be with you shortly. The nurse told me I needed to have a CT scan, which she would schedule for me. I never heard another word from Dr. Gaertner.

Knows a lot about lasers - very nice surgeon who will spend a lot of time with you..., Jan 26, 2012 I went to Dr. John Burns for a Fraxel laser treatment and my skin looks amazing. I look much younger, and my skin looks so much better. I have a lot fewer spots and my skintone looks much more even. He is a very nice doctor too, and knows a lot about laser treatments. He spent a lot of time with me. I highly recommend him! |

Doctor doesn't listen completely to what you're saying She's quick to make a diagnosis before listening completely to what you have to say and before test results are back unwilling to admit when she's made a mistake |

Fine needle aspiration for suspicious thyroid nodule..., Nov 4, 2011 I had an ultrasound to investigate a nodule found my endocrinologist. The us revealed some suspicious findings so a fine needle aspiration was scheduled. This Dr. rushed through an ultrasound provided by a tech that made me question her skills, and then pronounced that both the radiologist and the endo were incorrect in calling what I had a nodule nor was he concerned about it and he wouldn't do the aspiration. |

Wonderful Doctor...Very much worth the 300 mile drive..., Sep 2, 2011 Dr Torchinski has been a blessing to my family since the beginning of the diabetic issues with my daughter. Not only are he and his staff knowledgeable but they actually care aswell. Language may be slightly challenged but this is definitely worth it considering his talent. |
