This practice has very poor service no matter how you look at it...., Feb 8, 2012

Dealing with this practice is only about making money. Everything is oriented around getting you to come in frequently and doing tests. The staff is rude and I will not use nor recommend this practice.
The doctor cares and you can tell right away that there is hope..., Jan 27, 2012

Needed help because I kept on having miscarriages. No doctor was willing to give me treatment because no cause could be found. He offered me empiric therapy with heparin and prednisone and ow I am finally on my way. Great staff and a beautiful office.
misdiagnosed and dismissed by this doctor serious condition..., Jan 6, 2012

Extremely friendly and bright, saw him for years while he couldn't figure out my medical issue. When it worsened extremely and I fell violently ill for weeks, I pressed him for an answer and he became angry, dismissive and misdiagnosed me. Finally, he sent a referral in the mail, with instructions to call his office, but his office couldn't find a specialist for me (liver) and he put no urgency on the referral. I had to find my own surgeon and it took me months to get in as a self referred person. Surgeon wanted to operate the following week, it was that serious.
Scott Yegel had a wait time of 50 minutes Unacceptable!..., Oct 17, 2011

. I am most disappointed in the wait time. I waited over 50 minutes to be seen by the doctor. 50 minutes just to have him walk into my room!! I never received any feedback as to the wait and when I addressed the issue to the doctor he merely stated I'm sorry. If the wait time was going to be long, I would appreciate if the doctor/ receptionist asked me if I cared to reschedule, who said I didn't have something else to do? My time is just as valuable as any person, so when I schedule an appointment I expect to be seen at least within 15 minutes. After all, the receptionist is the one looking at the calendar to ensure I am placed in to a time that is compatible with the doctor's schedule. If I arrive late or do not call, I am billed anywhere from $50.00 to $200.00 depending on the incident. If the doctor arrives late, I get nothing except sorry and all my other appointments being thrown off at that time. Why is it OK for the doctor to be late but not the patient? If you have too many people scheduled or you can't wrap up an appointment in a timely manner, maybe you should try placing greater distance between the next patient, to allot for the overtime (which by the way I'm not getting paid for) in which the patient will be occurring. So many times people say this is the norm, this is not acceptable! If you arrive late at the doctor's office you are billed or asked to rescheduled, if you arrive late for an interview you will not get the job, if you arrive late at your job you will be fired. Why is it OK for a doctor in a doctor's office to be late for his/her patients? I had an appointment; I even brought in my paperwork already filled out. I didn't just walk in. I rescheduled an appointment for another doctor while waiting for the doctor to come in, upon him coming In, I left. He or she will no longer be privy to my money when I have to wait excessively.
I came out ugly, uneven, and embarassed! Please do not go to Kavali!..., Sep 1, 2011

I was sucked in by the radio ads and, before you knew it, was in surgery for a breast reduction. Afterwards, I had some serious concerns about "dog ears" and such. (Triangle flaps of skin that form during reductions.) The second procedure was IN HER OFFICE! Heaven forbid she pay for the hospital facility! I was WIDE AWAKE AND WATCHING HER CUT INTO MY BREASTS! She shot some numbing agent into my chest and went to work. Sometimes I would feel the cut (like when you get novicaine for a tooth but you still feel it) and I would scream. She would just add more numbing agent and keep going. The whole time gossiping with her assistant about the poor work ethic of the office manager. A few years later, I am DISGUSTED by my own body. My breasts are two completely different sizes. One is 1.5 cups bigger than the other! My nipples are distorted and puckered. The scars are terrible. I can't wear low cut shirts or most bathing suits. Buying and wearing bras is painful and embarassing. Getting cold is TORTURE because, when hard, MY NIPPLES POINT IN TWO DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS!!!! Please, do not go to Dr. Kavali! Do more research! There are a lot of unhappy clients all over the internet! See a real professional. She is only interested in money! Hence, the radio commercials. DON'T END UP A FRANKENSTEIN, LIKE ME!
