unsatisfied and in shock that he graduated from med school..., Apr 23, 2013

I waited 30 mins to be seen only after being greeted by the most unorganized and unfriendly staff I have ever seen. The doctor rushed through the appointment and clearly believed he should be doing something else with his time. I was also misdiagnosed and given a prescription for the wrong medication. This man shouldn't be practicing medicine.
Dishonest billing and a bad bed-side manner. Not recommended...., Apr 22, 2013

I suggest staying away from Reseda Family Medical Clinic run by Dr. Syrus Feridouni. I've never had such a horrifying experience with a doctor or clinic. 1. They bill $390 for just the doctor's visit not including any treatment. In comparison, West Oaks Urgent Care in Winnetka charges about $65. 2. They overbill for service even if you they say they take your insurance. My insurance refused to pay portions of the bill as they exceeded their contractual agreement. 3. Dr. Feridouni has a cruel bed side manner. When cleaning a wound on my daughter's palm which was extremely painful, he asked her if it hurt and when she said it did, he told her "no it doesn't". 4. I was incorrectly and over-billed for services received and when I attempted to resolve the matter by explaining to Dr. Feridouni (in a calm and polite manner) why the billing was incorrect, he started yelling at me, said if I didn't pay he would send me to collections and hung up the phone
Butchered my ACL Repair, never acknowledged his mistake, needed 2 additonal surgeries to fix what th..., Mar 12, 2013

Dr. Byck butchered my ACL repair. I was left to suffer for 10 weeks due to incorrect hardware placement. Dr. Byck and his NP failed to notice the incorrect hardware placement on 1 wk post-operative and other x-rays taken. I was in excruciating pain, could not move the joint properly and had to walk on crutches. Dr. Byck ignored my complaints and never acknowledged his mistake. Very arrogant. Had to have two additional surgeries to fix what this guy did to me. Be aware! I don't wish what I had to go through on anyone!
Nasty woman - unprofessional and too arrogant - waste of money..., Feb 28, 2013

She was arrogant and attacked me as well as other Drs during the appointment. She misdiagnosed me and prescribed something that inflamed the problem. She doesn't have the knowledge to support her arrogance. She is just flat mean. Had to wait an hour and no one else was in the office. Was she at lunch and I had to wait? I went back to my other Dr that was no longer on my insurance plan because $25 copay to her was an over payment.
Waste of my time, poor attitude, service from staff..., Feb 22, 2013

I had to make at least 12 calls before I was able to reach the office and schedule an appointment. At times the line was not working. Other times the person left me on hold so long I had to hang up. Finally, I spoke with someone able to answer some basic questions and I accepted the first appointment available 2.5 months later. Before agreeing to request her services I requested to meet the doctor and pay for her time. Her staff person said she didn't know what the cost was that the price was up to the doctor. The morning of my appointment the office seemed geared for high volume and low personal attention. I found staff behavior poor. When answering the phone no one identified who they were. None of the 3 women I met after I arrived introduced herself. I saw no name tags. The reception desk person scanned my license without explaining or asking permission. With all the ID theft taking place nationwide that made me uncomfortable. The young woman who escorted us from the reception to the exam room addressed a lady that was there at the same time and I as "dear" and "girls." After I waited in the exam room an unhappy looking woman introduced herself as the office manager and closed the door. She said she was sorry (she didn't appear sorry but rather in a hurry for me to leave). She went on to say that the doctor and her colleagues in the practice never meet people before they become patients, implying I should leave. She waited to make sure I left the exam room.
