Excellant doctor with an excellant staff, treated professionally without insurance..., Feb 17, 2010 I had a problem with some recurring swelling in my neck. When I made my appointment and told them I had no insurance they informed me all I needed to do was bring $50 and they would bill the rest, even though I had enough to pay the entire doctors visit. I felt that the doctor and nurse that provided treatment were very knowledgeable and showed true compassion. The evaluation was thorough and feel I received the best possible care, even though I had no insurance. I would definitely recommend this doctor to a friend.

Dr Thiru is very good - she listens well and addresses all issue..., Jul 10, 2010 I've been seeing Dr Thiru for the last 3 years. She is very knowledgeable and listens carefully and addresses all the issues. I used to be on cholestrol medication; she suggested that exercise would be better than medicine to control it for me. I have been exercising regularly, especially running about 20 miles and more every week (training for a marathon). My cholestrol, tryglerides (checked last month) are now at excellent levels. She tries to resolve issues without jumping straightaway to medication - thank you Dr Thiru. |

Skin Cancer Removal by Dr. Wayne Fagan of South Texas Skin Cancer Center..., Apr 28, 2010 I was referred to Dr. Wayne Fagan of the South Texas Skin Cancer Center by my primary physician, Dr. Robb Sherron for the removal of a basal cell carcinoma located on my forehead just below my hairline. Dr. Fagan and his staff where knoweledgeable, courteous, professional and kind. The facility was clean, efficient and comfortable. Their parking lot was not quite adequate. I would highly recommend Dr. Fagan to others for skin cancer issues. |

The staff was cold and indifferent. I was glad I was only there for a one-time specialty appointmen..., Apr 23, 2010 I arrived for my appointment ten minutes before the scheduled time, and ended up waiting an additional 40 minutes past my appointment time. When I approached the reception area to find out what was happening, the receptionist had no idea, and couldn't give me any reasons or ideas why or when I would be seen. Once I was called back, the nurse was indifferent to me, and never cracked a smile. The doctor, however, was very nice. He was training a resident, and he was extremely patient and thorough. He answered all my questions, got to know me, and spoke to me in terms I could understand. I am glad, however, that it was a specialty OB visit, and I will not have to return to that office anytime soon. If I were basing this just on the doctor, I would recommend a friend. However, the rest of the staff was greatly lacking, so I am not sure I would pass a referral on. |

Helpful and interested inmy overall well being. I enjoy visiting with my doctor as they always treat..., Apr 9, 2010 I came in for a physical examination with my nurse practitioner Patti Hee. She is always so courteous and thorough. She went over my previous labs and then encouraged me to begin checking my blood sugar. She recommended that I visit a nutritionist and begin to assess my long term goals. Her caring and empathetic attitude allows me to feel free to be honest and forthcoming with all my problems and needs. Overall, my experience was great even though I have some medical issues that I am dealing with her helpful and encouraging attitude makes it much easier. I would definitely recommend this office to friends and have in the past. |

Nice doctor but very mean and unfriendly staff and expensive..., Mar 22, 2010 Before being seen my doctor Ritter I had to fill out some paper work given to me by the nursing staff , they were VERY snappy and didn't want to help answer my questions. Over all the doctor knew what he was talking about.So I would say other than his anything but friendly staff i would recommend him to family and friends. |
