  Poor customer service. No compassion. Not helpful. Rude. No resolutions offered. ..., May 14, 2013

Regarding our appointment this morning of May 14, 2013. Upon arriving my 94 year old mother was anxious to to avail herself to the services of Dr. Kligman for chronic neck pain. I had been referred to Dr. Kligman by my personal physician. Upon presenting my mothers insurance card we were informed that it would not be excepted as Dr. Kligman was not listed as the primary care physician. I was disappointed to say the least when i was informed of this, as it was never explained to me when the appointment for a new patient was made that Dr. Kligman would have to be elected as her primary care physician in order for her insurance card to be accepted and to be seen by the Dr. I told the receptionist behind the desk that Healthnet would absolutely pay as I occasionally bring my mother to other primary care physicians that are not listed on her insurance card with out issues from the insurance company (healthnet). No avenue of resolution was offered by the receptionist, and in my opinion I was treated very rudely and was also told that my attitude was not appreciated, at which time I told her I also did not appreciate her shortness with me either, to which she exclaimed that I came into the office with that attitude, which is NOT the case. I became agitated because after waiting 4 months for this appointment I felt that it was neglgent on their part that we were never informed that in order to be seen we would need to elect Dr. Kligman as our primary care physician prior to our appointment. I believe this was an oversight in their policy and not a fault of the patient. I asked her to call the insurance company to verify that there would be no problem and was rebuffed, at which time I thought it best that I call the insurance company so their office would be assured of payment. She is compassionate and competent. I recommend her to all of my friends. She takes time to answer my questions. Her staff is caring and helpful. I love her PA and nurse practitioner. I am so lucky to have found her.

ery dangerous!! Always do some checking before seeing a doctor nowadays, me and my brother were looking for a spine doctor for our mother, we almost went to this doctor who had a very bad past with his reputation,we did some searching on the internet and found out he was part of a history called Microspinehurtme doctor, and now alot of patients from there have formed a website drtonymorkfacts.com, we learned he has lied about his past,stolen money from patients, lies about what his does ect..., we just wanted to let you know we found a better place at the LSI institute we did a consultation there and learned alot also, Dr. Mork has been claiming to invent his own tools when he was originally a doctor at the Bonati Back institute where he was fired from there also for hurting people too, there are far many more doctors better then him be very careful choosing the right doctor we were very lucky.
  Dr. Behm diagnoses and prescribed hip replacement for me. It did not work out well. See below...., Feb 3, 2013

Dr. Behm recommended and installed a metal-on-metal replacement hip called Birmingham Hip Resurfacing. Early on, it was abundantly clear that the hip was infected. However, Dr. Behm performed two more surgeries before acknowledging infection as a root cause. This delay, in our opinion, allowed the infection to incubate to a dangerous stage. Finally, we 'fired' Dr. Behm and had the hip revised by another surgeon who correctly diagnosed the infection and three more surgeries later, I was stable. In conclusion, I would not recommend Dr. Behm for any procedure.
