Dr. Byck butchered my ACL repair. I was left to suffer for 10 weeks due to incorrect hardware placement. Dr. Byck and his NP failed to notice the incorrect hardware placement on 1 wk post-operative and other x-rays taken. I was in excruciating pain, could not move the joint properly and had to walk on crutches. Dr. Byck ignored my complaints and never acknowledged his mistake. Very arrogant. Had to have two additional surgeries to fix what this guy did to me. Be aware! I don't wish what I had to go through on anyone!

Dr. Alexander Feldman is a very thorough physician. He has great bedside manner, is very soft spoken and spent a lot of time with me during each visit (three so far!) in the past two months. What stood out was the amount of quality time and care spent during each appointment. He wasn’t like most doctors trying to cram as many patients into a 30 minute slot. He was more focused on quality of care, making sure to complete a detailed examination and communicating options clearly.
He is very knowledgeable, detailed and communicative. He explained what he thought was wrong and what my options were to diagnose my symptoms. He did not pressure me to have unnecessary tests. Once diagnosed, he provided visual aids, even drew some diagrams to chart the course of progression. He also provided treatment options and reading material for those options.
He is personable and calls you directly to communicate any lab/test results. His calm demeanor is also very reassuring. I would highly recommend Dr. Feldman as an A++ physician! Thank you!
Although the same cannot be said for this staff – they are a little rough around the edges. If you can get past that, you will not be disappointed by the doctor himself!

Doctor Masri leaves one wondering what planet he’s from regarding some of the questionable voodoo science he advocates and the dismissive attitude he takes to other specialists. He’s very big on advocating the use of a highly expensive allergy test that insurance companies won’t cover (that should clue you up) and which is largely discredited by allergy specialists and a medical community that sees it as outdated science that renders far too many false positives and verges on the kind of quackery one would normally associate with the more outrageous claims of some in the alternative medicine community.
Dr. Masri also took it upon himself to render ‘expert’ opinion on a bowel condition I’ve had for some years and which he claimed was all down to allergies and diet, thus segueing into his advocacy for the testing process mentioned above. The views expressed ran contrary to every opinion I’ve been given by a number of gastroenterologists through the years regarding my condition and how I should treat it, but what was even more disturbing was the manner in which he tried convincing me to cancel my planned appointment for the periodic colonoscopy my condition requires to check for inflammation and any signs of cancer. All of this of course from a medical practitioner I’d made an appointment to see regarding a mole on my forehead that had given me cause for concern!
To rub salt into the wound, a follow-up appointment to garner the results of a series of blood tests that were taken on my first visit showed that the clinic has as little respect for the time of its patients as it has for their intelligence when peddling garbage science. My appointment was for a little past 9 in the morning so I theoretically must have been one of the first patients for the day, yet 70 minutes later I had yet to see Dr. Masri, with no apology or explanation from the disinterested staff. office is filthy and disgusting.my son's appt was at 1:30. we left after 4:00 pm and spent about 3 min with the doctor. office staff Linda (front desk) and referral girl, Laurie extremely rude and has no compassioni for people what so ever! not to mention the doctor herself is a horrible human being let alone horrible doctor! My 7 yr old son had a head injury and needed a MRI. not only was she more concerned with contacting DHS to get his school in trouble but she didnt even look at his head! had to wait 3 wk before getting a call for the MRI. I work as a nurse for a doctors office. WE WOULD NEVER make a patient who has a head injury wait 3 wks! especially a child! When I called her office for the 3rd time, the only answer I could get was "we are working on it" After getting frustrated, I asked the doctor herself call me. Her answer... " If you were truely concerned with your sons health, you would have taken him to the ER and we are doing the best we can dealing with sick people" Im sorry but my child's head injury that is causing him to have blurry vision should be more concerning than someone who has a cold! IF you love yourself or children, dont see Dr Willis!! ever
Dr Conlin practices billing fraud for services not rendered..., Dec 21, 2012
Went to Dr Conlin for a physical only and I was billed for physical and a separate office visit. All he did was ask me about pre-existing conditions (from form I had to fill out when I arrived) and then he starts billing me as if he is treating me for those conditions, even though I told him I am seeing another specialist for those pre-existing conditions. This is billing fraud. Dr Conlin also tried to prescribe cholesterol medication even though my cholesterol levels were very good, and he became extremely rude when I questioned the need for that.
