The doctor cares and you can tell right away that there is hope..., Jan 27, 2012 Needed help because I kept on having miscarriages. No doctor was willing to give me treatment because no cause could be found. He offered me empiric therapy with heparin and prednisone and ow I am finally on my way. Great staff and a beautiful office. |

Staff does not call to alert patients of problems. ..., Jan 19, 2012 After 5 years as a patient, I made one late payment. The payment was in excess of $100.00 despite my usual $40.00 co-pay. Maybe Dr Leon's staff didn't submit to Aetna. I paid anyway. Months later, they refused to renew a refill and told me that I needed to pay cash for appointments now. They never contacted me about this. Rather, they let me run out of medication and then refused to refill. I had to miss classes that day and find a new GI. My GP was nice enough to authorize enough medication over the phone (on good faith that my labs had been good lately, which they were) until the visit with my new GI. That was lucky, many GPs won't do that, and I am currently stuck with ASU's GPs. Dr Leon's actions were negligent and unethical. I am looking into what legalities this may violate, and will press charges. To this date, Dr Leon had shown himself to be a fine physician, but this incident is unforgivable. His staff had always been a little dodgy. One of his staff tole me she would talk to Dr Leon to see if he would use a little discretion in this instance. I doubt that she did. |

Great Surgeon Great Staff Great Surgery in Fort Lauderdale..., Jan 11, 2012 I had surgery with Dr. Mayl 4 months ago. At first I was nervous, because I had never had a tummy tuck or facelift. I did the 2 procedures 1 week apart. Yes, I was a little sore, but I expected that. I was really happy after 2 weeks, and them really, really happy after 3 months. |

Zafar Naqvi- Avoid at all cost! M.D. is inexperienced and unhelpful..., Dec 16, 2011 No information and no experience. Has made at least two mistakes for all 4 clients I work with. Medical doctors shouldn't make mistakes even paper ones...., Dec 16, 2011 I have seen Dr. Hoing for 2 years. She has always been plesent and kind however her ability to function as a docter do to her case load, in my opinion, is sorely lacking. She has made numerous mistakes in my healthcare and paperwork that has so far only cost us financialy. Her constant lying again in my opinion to cover her butt further complicates me attaining the healthcare I need and has added undo stress to our family. |
