Dr. Samantha Quade was amazing with my father and our family. ..., Aug 6, 2010 I cannot possibly express the appreciation myself and my family have for the personal care and compassion, and the time, Dr. Quade (or "Sam", as she came to be known to us as,) gave to our family when my father was seriously injured and was in Harborview recovering from his injuries. The review from the other person that described her as "horrible" and "rude" is puzzling to me as I cannot imagine that kind of behavior from the Dr. Quade we experienced on many occasions over several weeks. I would recommend her without hesitation and with highest regards to anyone who may be in the unfortunate situation to need her services.

Patients Beware!!! Samantha Quade is a HORRIBLE doctor!!!..., Mar 29, 2010 Samantha Quade is the most rude doctor I have ever had. You expect a doctor to be someone with empathy and whom you can trust. She couldn't be further from that. I hope to never interact with her again in my life.

Poor customer service. No compassion. Not helpful. Rude. No resolutions offered. ..., May 14, 2013 Regarding our appointment this morning of May 14, 2013. Upon arriving my 94 year old mother was anxious to to avail herself to the services of Dr. Kligman for chronic neck pain. I had been referred to Dr. Kligman by my personal physician. Upon presenting my mothers insurance card we were informed that it would not be excepted as Dr. Kligman was not listed as the primary care physician. I was disappointed to say the least when i was informed of this, as it was never explained to me when the appointment for a new patient was made that Dr. Kligman would have to be elected as her primary care physician in order for her insurance card to be accepted and to be seen by the Dr. I told the receptionist behind the desk that Healthnet would absolutely pay as I occasionally bring my mother to other primary care physicians that are not listed on her insurance card with out issues from the insurance company (healthnet). No avenue of resolution was offered by the receptionist, and in my opinion I was treated very rudely and was also told that my attitude was not appreciated, at which time I told her I also did not appreciate her shortness with me either, to which she exclaimed that I came into the office with that attitude, which is NOT the case. I became agitated because after waiting 4 months for this appointment I felt that it was neglgent on their part that we were never informed that in order to be seen we would need to elect Dr. Kligman as our primary care physician prior to our appointment. I believe this was an oversight in their policy and not a fault of the patient. I asked her to call the insurance company to verify that there would be no problem and was rebuffed, at which time I thought it best that I call the insurance company so their office would be assured of payment. I made that call, there was no one else in the waiting room at the time and I was not causing a disturbance. After several minutes on hold with Healthnet I was ab |

Please go elsewhere - terrible unorganized staff! ..., Apr 11, 2013 ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE STAFF. They are not helpful, do not call patients back with results (even after multiple voicemails over a period of WEEKS), keep irregular hours, and are not even at their office when they confirm with you the same day that they will be there! This makes it extremely difficult to coordinate the drop-off of post-surgery samples for their review. Also the information provided in the surgical info handouts given to patients conflict with each other AND with the info given by the doctor and yet again with the info given by the medical assistants. Completely unorganized. If your microscope is broken and you're waiting for a replacement microscope, why not call your patients and let them know so we don't have to call back week after week and leave voicemails? So stupid. Their behavior is inexcusable. Dr. Mullen himself did a decent job but I absolutely WILL NOT be back to see him and will not recommend other people to him. Terrible. |

Money hungry. Only in it for the Pharmecuetical kick-backs..., Feb 15, 2013 Poor monitoring of patients. Doctor Hemang Shah is simply a pill peddler with no concern of a patients well being. When patient has trouble due to medication the Doctor simply won't see them anymore. No concern of dangerous and debilitating after effects of drugs. Office staff will lie to protect him. AVOID THIS DOCTOR and his staff AT ALL COST ! |

Great doctor, I would definitely recommend him 5 stars. ..., Dec 19, 2012 He is very good. Knows what he is doing, very smart, and no BS. I would definitely recommend him. Is really good at both therapy and medication. It is rare to find someone who is good at both (or can do both), and he is very good. |
