Do not use him or any hospital he works for like Scottsdale healthcare Shea!..., May 23, 2012 This dr. Does not disclose he is a sub contractor, will not bill secondary insurance, might save your life but ruin your credit, don't go to scottsdale healthcare Shea er! I refuse to see doctors that have this kind of ego. |

Very smart and caring person, great professional and highly educated on the manner...., Mar 5, 2012 I have had the best blessing to have her as my psychiatrist, beyond grateful. Recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good psychiatrist. I have improved a lot since i first saw her and she has helped me so much. |

I'm sick of paying excessive taxes so these sluts can screw every horny loser who buys them a drink. If she's too cheap to buy her own birth control, and doesn't insist of her partner using a condom, and gets knocked-up, she shouldn't expect others to pay for her medical bills. The federal govt. extorts money from us taxpayers, and PAYS her to have the little bastard. I say, if she can't pay her bills, she should be arrested, and the baby be adopted. This country has NO accountability, and over 1/3 of Americans are living on money they don't themselves earn. It must stop. Welfare whores need to pay their bills, like the rest of us. Told me my dad's RX would be VERY strong - it was an 'OTC'..., Feb 23, 2012 Unbelievable that he (& NE Baptist Hospital) kept assuming my dad's pain was 'in his head' - he (again) told me his diagnosis was 'constipation' - said 'this RX is very strong' - I went to the drug store & pharmacist looked a little embarrassed, and said 'you don't need a prescription for this - it's just Dulcalax' Thanks, Doc!!! We finally went to a different hospital & doctor & w/in 48 hours they discovered and treated a compression fracture in his spine - Immediate relief. (This is after 4-5 visits in/out of NE Baptist in 2 months for my 84 year old father.) We've not gone back, & I warn people not to go to this un-caring doctor. |

LACK OF TRUST in REFERENCE TO DOCTOR MARK FALLICK...., Jan 9, 2012 I am over 60 years old and this Doctor has to the most ignorant person I have ever come in contact with. I had a procedure done by him and when I went for follow-up tests he claimed I still had a condition. I sought a 2nd and 3rd opinion and I was told the tests showed my condition no longer existed, so it is clear Dr. Fallick wanted to put me through additional pain just so he could bill me and my insurance company for extra money for a procedure that was not required, DOCTOR FALLICK that is FRAUD. BEWARE of this money hungry IGNORANT Doctor who in my opinion is a disgrace to the MEDICAL profession. |
