Fantastic Doctor and Staff - was able to get an appointment for the same day..., Mar 18, 2013 Dr. Lazar was really fantastic. I called the office after I had a sudden loss of hearing in one ear. They worked me in for the same day. Dr. Lazar explained that immediate attention was needed since the possibility existed that the hearing loss could be permanent, however unlikely, if not treated immediately. After a short course of steroids, the matter was resolved. I returned to the office a few weeks later for a hearing test, and everything was fine. I’m very grateful to Dr. Lazar and his staff for treating me so quickly and effectively. |

Pornographic Comments During Procedure DISGUSTING DOCTOR..., Dec 28, 2012 I just have to relay this story. I had a colonoscopy by Dr. Kenneth Brown in Plano, TX and I was thoroughly disgusted. I was supposed to be sedated but I was NOT and I remember the discussions that went on during the procedure. He made disgusting pornographic comments non-stop. He talked about his sexual exploits, made disgusting and insulting comments about his wife, and talked about how men cannot be expected to be faithful in marriage. He made comments about relative genatalia size among men. It was a thoroughly humiliating experience for me as a female. I would NEVER go to this physician again and I cannot recommend him one bit. |

thumbs up for park avenue lasek, dr. chynn and his entire team..., Dec 27, 2012 About two years ago I considered laser eye correction but wasn’t able to get it done back then. Through my research I kept coming back to Dr. Chynn’s Park Avenue LASEK. So although I wasn’t able to get it then I stored it in my bookmarks. Naturally, when I started thinking about laser vision correction I eagerly went and looked up Dr. Chynn again. The site made it clear that the caliber of care would and attention to detail was in every aspect of the staff. I called and made my FREE consultation and was not disappointed. In fact I was never more excited at this cutting edge technique of NO CUT, NO FLAP making it SAFER than the older technique that is still widely used elsewhere. Even more excited is how affordable it is at Park Avenue Lasek. The staff is also great. It helps that most have had the procedure done themselves so when they talk it’s with firsthand experience. Dr. Almeida answered every question I had and proved very patient and knowledgeable. And Dr. Chynn oversees ever aspect and is right there to personally meet with and answer any additional questions that each client has. If you’re interested in vision correction than Park Avenue Lasek is THE place. And if you’re not interested in laser vision correction I challenge you to just take a few minutes to look at their site. Do your own research, I know you won’t regret it. And if your still unsure come watch a live procedure the glass OR! Karimah A. One of the many happy Park Avenue Clients |

Useless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..., Dec 15, 2012 This doctor can't and doesn't want to help. All he wants is $$$ earned as easy as possible. He has very poor knowledge of todays pharmacology and uses your time to research this on the internet...Save your time and $$$ and find a professional. The office is also very odd and VERY dirty. |

If you're looking to manage pain, find another doctor!!..., Dec 3, 2012 My wife has Crohn's disease, and finding a Dr. to manage pain in Fairbanks has so far proven impossible. We went to see him, and he didn't feel her input was necessary. All he wanted to do was get her off pain medications. Which would be fine IF there was any way to get rid of the chronic horrific pain that Crohn's causes. He said he had no way of knowing if she was really in pain or not. (Guess they didn't cover Crohn's Disease in his medical school) He was rude and just tried to hide his unwillingness to help behind medical terminology. I would not recommend this Dr. to anyone, not even as an anaesthesiologist for surgery. (After all, he has no way of knowing if you're in pain). If you have Crohn's disease, DO NOT move to Fairbanks! We are now in the process of moving from our home in search of actual medical care... |
