Poor customer service. No compassion. Not helpful. Rude. No resolutions offered. ..., May 14, 2013 Regarding our appointment this morning of May 14, 2013. Upon arriving my 94 year old mother was anxious to to avail herself to the services of Dr. Kligman for chronic neck pain. I had been referred to Dr. Kligman by my personal physician. Upon presenting my mothers insurance card we were informed that it would not be excepted as Dr. Kligman was not listed as the primary care physician. I was disappointed to say the least when i was informed of this, as it was never explained to me when the appointment for a new patient was made that Dr. Kligman would have to be elected as her primary care physician in order for her insurance card to be accepted and to be seen by the Dr. I told the receptionist behind the desk that Healthnet would absolutely pay as I occasionally bring my mother to other primary care physicians that are not listed on her insurance card with out issues from the insurance company (healthnet). No avenue of resolution was offered by the receptionist, and in my opinion I was treated very rudely and was also told that my attitude was not appreciated, at which time I told her I also did not appreciate her shortness with me either, to which she exclaimed that I came into the office with that attitude, which is NOT the case. I became agitated because after waiting 4 months for this appointment I felt that it was neglgent on their part that we were never informed that in order to be seen we would need to elect Dr. Kligman as our primary care physician prior to our appointment. I believe this was an oversight in their policy and not a fault of the patient. I asked her to call the insurance company to verify that there would be no problem and was rebuffed, at which time I thought it best that I call the insurance company so their office would be assured of payment. I am totally impressed with the behave of Joshua Jacobi..., Apr 14, 2013 It has been crossed 1 years and I am totally fit now. Last year I was seriously wounded by cardiac problem. I was admitted to Joshua Jacobi for first treatment. He made an accurate treatment. I was totally impressed to his diagnosis method. actually it was something different from others. I would like to highly recommend him to my friends. He must get A+ rating from me. |

Awesome ! Awesome ! Awesome ! Awesome ! Awesome ! ..., Mar 12, 2013 I had a very sick gallbladder and Dr. Rosemurgyand his partner Dr. Ross performed my operation through a tiny single incision made at my belly button. I DON’T HAVE ANY APPARENT SCAR!! And The BEST part of it all, I was awake the entire time! They were the only surgeons in the region that gave me the option to get this done with an epidural. I’ve had 3 operations my entire life and by far this was the BEST Surgery experience I have ever had. I went in in the morning and was out to pick up my Kids from school in the afternoon! Love yall! |

Great psychiatrist, compassionate, caring, and down to earth. ..., Feb 15, 2013 I have been treated for mental illness for 15 years and this is the best care and knowledgable doctor I've seen. He actually has me on less meds and I am doing well. He is very easy to talk to and is down to earth. |

It Doesn't Get Better Than This - Great Primary Care Doc..., Feb 7, 2013 Unbelievable find. In this day and age its amazing that a doctor like this one exists - one who actually spends TIME with you. I came away feeling like he actually cared about me and not that I was just one of thousands of patients he sees. He made the visit a pleasant experience... and I'm one of those people who hates to go the doctor. With Dr. Don, I can't wait to go back. He's fun just to shoot the breeze with, and even better is the fact that you come away confident that he knows what he's doing. And the staff is great. A fantastic doc. Highly recommended. |
