Left feeling 10 times worse, Dr displayed little concern for my health..., Jun 30, 2010 I didn't have a great first visit with Dr. Fenlon, but thought maybe it was just me, so I went back to her a second time. To make a long story short, I had some symptoms I was really disturbed by, she was rude to me from the moment she came in the door and completely blew off my concerns. I'd written down the issues I've been having lately and she didn't bother reading it and instead spent the appointment making me feel stupid for even coming in. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. I've already found a replacement.

They only care about your money, they over charge you ..., Feb 7, 2012 I went to visit the office to have my annual eye check. When I was in the office, everyone keep asking me if I have any friends or family need eye check. And I found out later that they charge me $50 just for putting a pair of contact lens into my eye. When I called, they said that this is just their practice, you don't have to come back. |

This Doctor is recommending Guardasil for Boys knowing it is not covered by most insurance..., Dec 30, 2011 We feel this Doctor's office breached trust with us by recommending a Guardasil shot for our son during a routine physical and not disclosing the full cost of the vaccine which is around $1000 and also not disclosing that it probably would not be covered by our insurance company. We have repeatedly tried to contact his billing department and they do not answer their phone and do not return phone calls. We finally were able to speak to his front office supervisor and she was completely unwilling to compromise or help in any way. |

very unimpressed and not going to return to see her..., Nov 23, 2011 I had to wait over 45 minutes for my appointment. As other reviewers noted, I didn't feel like she wanted to hear what I had to say. I would constantly be interrupted. She offered services like laser hair removal and a facial, but it sounded like a sales pitch, even though she said she doesn't make money off of the facials. I liked the staff. But I will definitely look into another doctor in the future. |

Fine needle aspiration for suspicious thyroid nodule..., Nov 4, 2011 I had an ultrasound to investigate a nodule found my endocrinologist. The us revealed some suspicious findings so a fine needle aspiration was scheduled. This Dr. rushed through an ultrasound provided by a tech that made me question her skills, and then pronounced that both the radiologist and the endo were incorrect in calling what I had a nodule nor was he concerned about it and he wouldn't do the aspiration. |

She was so patient with me, especially when I came back to see her two times before making my finally decison. Thanks Ladies for making me feel like ME again! I have never been so happy! |
