This is the rudest physician I've ever met. Find someone else!..., May 24, 2012 I've learned not to expect much from doctors, but even still, Robie was shocking. She's very cold and rude, and arrogant. She didn't listen to me at all, and interrupted me to argue with me. She has zero warmth, and her haughty attitude left me feeling much worse than when I came in. I hope I never have to see her again. |

Very unprofessional and disrespectful office staff ..., Apr 11, 2012 I have an appointment last April 5 at 6pm. I came and waited... the office was closed. I was outside with other patients waiting for them to open the door. 6:20 i called the office and the lady who answered the phone put me on hold for about 5 minutes and just to tell me that the office is closed and they give everyone a call to let us know that the office is closed. I was home the whole day the day before and the day itself but didnt get any calls from them. I called the following day to make a complain and the lady who answered the phone is soooo MEAN! She told me that my name is not on the calendar and told me "You're not even in the calendar so why are you upset it is not our fault if you come over and the office is closed!" What kind of attitude is that? She is representing Dr. Kulessa in a very disrespectful and unprofessional way. I would NOT go back to that doctor again! |

Very smart and caring person, great professional and highly educated on the manner...., Mar 5, 2012 I have had the best blessing to have her as my psychiatrist, beyond grateful. misdiagnosis and cavalier attitude cost his patients in a couple of different ways..., Dec 13, 2011 doctor misdiagnosed my illness causing an extra year of pain and suffering.he is also condescending and distant,making me feel alone and insignificant . the doctor cost me 2 weeks of pay from my work because his office refused to complete paperwork within the proper time. |
