A difficult experience for any patient in need of lear communication..., Oct 22, 2011

This guy is a mess. He is dirty and his clothes are a mess. He had dirt under his fingernails He saw me and did not wash before he touched me. I tried to talk to him but he did not make any sense when he tried to explain anything to me. The office was full of dust and smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The office staff was nice and apologized for his behavior. He was also late.
Scott Yegel had a wait time of 50 minutes Unacceptable!..., Oct 17, 2011

. I am most disappointed in the wait time. I waited over 50 minutes to be seen by the doctor. 50 minutes just to have him walk into my room!! I never received any feedback as to the wait and when I addressed the issue to the doctor he merely stated I'm sorry. If the wait time was going to be long, I would appreciate if the doctor/ receptionist asked me if I cared to reschedule, who said I didn't have something else to do? My time is just as valuable as any person, so when I schedule an appointment I expect to be seen at least within 15 minutes. After all, the receptionist is the one looking at the calendar to ensure I am placed in to a time that is compatible with the doctor's schedule. If I arrive late or do not call, I am billed anywhere from $50.00 to $200.00 depending on the incident. If the doctor arrives late, I get nothing except sorry and all my other appointments being thrown off at that time. Why is it OK for the doctor to be late but not the patient? If you have too many people scheduled or you can't wrap up an appointment in a timely manner, maybe you should try placing greater distance between the next patient, to allot for the overtime (which by the way I'm not getting paid for) in which the patient will be occurring. So many times people say this is the norm, this is not acceptable! If you arrive late at the doctor's office you are billed or asked to rescheduled, if you arrive late for an interview you will not get the job, if you arrive late at your job you will be fired. Why is it OK for a doctor in a doctor's office to be late for his/her patients? I had an appointment; I even brought in my paperwork already filled out. I didn't just walk in. I rescheduled an appointment for another doctor while waiting for the doctor to come in, upon him coming In, I left. He or she will no longer be privy to my money when I have to wait excessively.
Dr. Don Revis is a Great Surgeon and Breast Implant Expert ..., Sep 5, 2011

Dr. Revis has been my plastic surgeon for 8 years and has performed two procedures on me as well as one on my daughter and one on my mother. He is an expert in breast implants- new and fixing old ones- women come to him from around the world to get implants or have their old ones fixed. We could not be more pleased with our choice of Dr. Revis as our surgeon and recommend him to everyone!
Mohs Micrographic Technique doesn't equal Cosmetic Plastic Surgeon..., Aug 22, 2011

Dr. Mark L. Welch is just a dermatologist that has been trained in Mohs Micrographic technique. He is NOT a cosmetic plastic surgeon. If you want to improve your chances of a good cosmetic outcome, go to a real plastic surgeon to close the wound AFTER Mohs surgery, especially if the skin cancer is on your face. Do your research, don't rush. Dr. Welch never suggested a dual doctor approach (Mohs surgeon + plastic surgeon) during my pre-surgery consultation. I'm now searching for a plastic surgeon to perform a scar revision on my face. Dr. Welch did not appear concerned with my poor outcome. He needed to turn to a physicians directory to recommend a plastic surgeon (I would expect him to have the name of the plastic surgeon off the top of his head). Dr Welch never personally followed up to see how I was doing or even if I had the scar revision surgery. Also, his male assistant should learn to never tell a patient he will probably have cancer again. I DO NOT recommend Dr. Mark L. Welch.
