This was a satisfactory first visit with someone I hope will become my family doctor...., Mar 9, 2010 This doctor's office was conveniently located but I would caution someone visiting her initially to allow plenty of time to navigate the parking garage, since the only parking available was on the roof. Getting from there to the doctor's office was dark and spooky. The doctor's office, in a dark downtown building, was spacious but bland looking. It appeared clean but had a damp smell. I had to wait 20 minutes for the doctor. She was friendly but not particularly enthused. However, she did take the time answer all my questions. I am conservative about my medical care. I don't want to get a lot of tests or take a lot of drugs. This doctor will suit me fine. However, she may not be the person for someone who wants more high-tech care.

Every patient looked like they were there only for drugs and honestly looked like they were major meth heads! my appt was at 930 and aftrt sitting in the exam room until 1215 with no Dr in sight I left! I wouldn't recommend this Dr or the office to anyone unless your a dope head that needs a fix! awful experience! |

Most unorganized Doctor ever with a staff that is even worse!..., Dec 9, 2011 This doctor loves consultations at 500 a visit and never even remembers why he had you come in or your name. The only thing that tops that is no return phone calls, no matter how many times they will check and "call you right back". They schedule appointments and don't tell you or better yet send you to a down town office only to find out that it's at an office 30 minutes in the other direction. FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR … maybe even one who cares about your family and your time. |

unresponsive, indifferent medical office with lack of urgency..., Nov 29, 2011 Staff is cold, indifferent, with no sense of urgency. I was extremely concerned about some test results but when I called every few days to ask if they were in, I was made to feel that I was bothering them and there was no attempt to give me an idea of when they would be in, or to expedite results more quickly. I waited a half four to see the doctor, she looked at her watch and made me feel rushed when I was in for the exam. Medical advice seemed reasonable but the lack of urgency or empathy made it a frustrating experience. |

Never again this doctor and staff just dont care and wont help when overbilled..., Nov 14, 2011 I went for my anual routine exam which is covered 100% by my insurance. The office insisted that they collect a copay before I was admitted for the routine exam and said I would be reimbursed after they billed my insurance. Guess what . I was never reimbursed. the office manager Stacy will not return calls and it seems like they could care less as they refer you to their billing company to continue the fight to recover your copay. This doctor and staff stands for nothing , just there to bill insurance and medicare .I agree with the other reviewer about the doctors lack of knowledge and unprofessionalism as he used suggestive sexual inuendo in front of his blushing nurse . He will prescribe what ever drug you ask about, who's the doctor anyway. |

Incompetent and bill me for service that I never had..., Oct 19, 2011 Dr Sean Haugh is not a very professional doctor. He billed me for office visit that I never have. He never return call when I need to reach him. This doctor is also not very competent on his job. He can't even give me a fine diagnosis on my illness. Whenever I asked him my diagnosis; he will defer to something else and never really want to answer my question. My advise is to avoid this doctor because you will end up paying more than you have to and on the top of it you didn't get a good care. |
