Poor customer service. No compassion. Not helpful. Rude. No resolutions offered. ..., May 14, 2013

Regarding our appointment this morning of May 14, 2013. Upon arriving my 94 year old mother was anxious to to avail herself to the services of Dr. Kligman for chronic neck pain. I had been referred to Dr. Kligman by my personal physician. Upon presenting my mothers insurance card we were informed that it would not be excepted as Dr. Kligman was not listed as the primary care physician. I was disappointed to say the least when i was informed of this, as it was never explained to me when the appointment for a new patient was made that Dr. Kligman would have to be elected as her primary care physician in order for her insurance card to be accepted and to be seen by the Dr. I told the receptionist behind the desk that Healthnet would absolutely pay as I occasionally bring my mother to other primary care physicians that are not listed on her insurance card with out issues from the insurance company (healthnet). No avenue of resolution was offered by the receptionist, and in my opinion I was treated very rudely and was also told that my attitude was not appreciated, at which time I told her I also did not appreciate her shortness with me either, to which she exclaimed that I came into the office with that attitude, which is NOT the case. I became agitated because after waiting 4 months for this appointment I felt that it was neglgent on their part that we were never informed that in order to be seen we would need to elect Dr. Kligman as our primary care physician prior to our appointment. I believe this was an oversight in their policy and not a fault of the patient. I asked her to call the insurance company to verify that there would be no problem and was rebuffed, at which time I thought it best that I call the insurance company so their office would be assured of payment. Uncaring and neglectful doctor. Extremely disappointed..., Feb 28, 2013

I started going to Dr. Dunn 2 years ago when I found out I was pregnant. I had already had a miscarriage and ended up losing the next baby at 20 weeks due to Trisomy 13. I then had another miscarriage the next year. At this point I was 35 years old. After losing 3 babies, she just sent me on my merry way and told us to keep trying. I have not been able to conceive since that last miscarriage. Finally, this past January my husband and I decided on our own to seek further testing and possible treatment. It's a good thing we did because we just found out that I have a very low egg count, and I am premenopausal. I feel like Dr. Dunn should have suggested further testing after the last miscarriage a year ago, if not before that. From what I have heard from other people who have had to go to a fertility clinic, they're doctors referred them after a year or less of having problems conceiving or carrying (most of them are even younger than me). It seemed as if Dr. Dunn could care less whether we could or couldn't have a child. I do not recommend her at all.

Can't beleive it. Was dismissed because of my inabvility to urinate. Was denied the option that was given to me by the nurse to come back and try again, the office manager Jeanette demanded that I leave IMMEDIATELY and that I was dismissed right, then while in the exam room, and NOT finished with my appointment with the doctor. Asked to speak to Dr. Revollo to find out why I was being dismissed and she REFUSED to let me EVER see him and that I needed to leave NOW. She threatened to call the police and press harrassment charges on me if I call there and to have me arrested if I come ANYWHERE NEAR the office. LIED to my insurance company that I was NON-COMPLIANT just because I was UNABLE to urinate at that moment. But 2-3 days later I get a referral for orthopedics for knee pain for 99 visits good till 12-31-2013 and x-rays all for my KNEES. I came in for WRIST pain and swelling and to get a referral under my new insurance for the Rheumatologist he sent me to on my old insurance. All this AFTER I was supposedly dismissed. The referral was mailed to me 4 days after the dismissal. They also refuse to release your medical records to you so you can find a doctor to get proper medical attention and treatment.

I saw this doctor once. Her office is very small which would be fine, except while I was there in the waiting room, I could hear everything she was saying during her phone conversation with the insurance company or someone like that. This included the patient's i.d. number, medical problems, lab report results, etc. I couldn't believe it! Doesn't this violate HIPPA laws?? She was using a phone in the front reception area but could prevent this by having a phone in back part of office. Toward the end of our appt., I told her I was concerned about her making calls from phone in front, and I could hear everything she was discussing about a patient. Instead of taking responsibility for the situation, she blamed it on her office, other patients, and then me. She said that that unfortunately she has a small office; that sometimes the reception door gets left open when patients walk in; and that most patients aren't listening for something like that. LOL, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!! She may be a good doctor regarding a broken bones and such (I don't know), but she is clueless about protecting patient privacy! No thanks!
