Unprofessional, Unorganized, Rude Office Staff at Dr. Louderback's..., Jan 14, 2011 I had a very frustrating experience at Dr. Louderback's office in Belair. The office staff were very rude and unprofessional. There was a mishap with my scheduled appointment due to an error inputing information in the computer by someone on their staff. Instead of trying to accomodate me after the confusion I was told I had to reschedule for another day. After driving forty-five minutes to get to the office this was not a viable option for me. I declined the reschedule. After experiencing the unorganized, unprofessional rudeness of the office personnel, I had no desire to see the doctor after that.

Friendly, knowledgeable and let's you ask as many questions as you need to. Her patients are her priority and you can be assured that she will be your advocate and ensure your wellbeing, dignity and respect during surgery. |

NOT HAPPY WITH MY VISIT to see Dr. Sewall for ears!..., Jan 18, 2012 I was very unhappy with my initial visit to this doctor. I was treated rudely by the doctor, who talked down about other medical professionals, and made me as the patient feel like my symptoms were not important nor cause for concern. Instead of offering me more information to help me understand, he simply stated that he knew what was "not wrong" = NOT HELPFUL! I would not recommend this doctor for his bedside manner, his knowledge, or his professionalism! |
