HORRIBLE!!! I cannot believe that they allow him to practice medicine...., Apr 12, 2012 This is a very long review but to summarize. Dr. Kong is possibly the worst doctor I could ever imagine he is a disgrace to the medical field. I was a patient of this doctor for 18 months. I was forced to see him because of workers comp. First you will call to set up an appointment. They do not verify your insurance before you arrive so expect to have some trouble with that. His office staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. When you walk in the door the first thing you will notice is the other 400 patients in front of you who have been waiting for hours. The office is dark and the furniture is cheap (think thrift store). The whole place smells a little bit like urine and is covered in a THICK layer of dust. One you reach reception you will not be greeted. They have glass windows covering the reception area. I'm assuming so that when customer gets angry they don't cause physical harm to the incompetent employees. You will unpromptly be sneered at by someone who barely speaks english. They make you fill out about 10,000 forms most of which are illiterate and unnecessary. Now you can go ahead and relax because it is going to be a while. Next some angry woman will come demand you come into the back. They lead you down a very small hall way that has files stacked all over the floor. You will be upset at this point because the place looks like a landfil. You still have a chance to RUNNNNNNNNNNNN. You will be placed in a microscopic exam room and asked to wait 45 minutes for a nurse. The nurse will come in and give you a bunch of attitude if you mention you've been waiting. Then she will take SOME of your vitals with filthy equipment I assume is still there from the 1970s. You can relax again... call the health department... say goodbye to your closest friends and family. Whatever ends you need to tie up while your still moderately healthy. The doctor will come in who is a fat sloppy pig from somewhere in the middle east. He smells like french |

Mole removal, very bad experience.terrible scarring and pain..., Mar 9, 2012 told me I needed 4 moles removed without offering any other options. He left me with 15 stitches in my leg, 8 in my back and 2 in my neck. Did not communicate to me what was happening during procedure. Due to severity of wound left on my leg, I could not walk for a week and am still suffering. Incisions were sloppy and stitches were not done properly. Never makes eye contact and types on his computer during the whole visit. Talked about himself and his political agendas throughout the surgical procedure. Did not make me aware of the type of wound that I would be caring for afterward. I am left with horrific scarring. Do not allow this doctor to perform any sort of surgical procedure on you. |

Fair doctor good bedside manor but not so sure about his skill level...., Feb 29, 2012 Upon arriving as a new patient I knew that there was going to be lots of paperwork as a new patient. I waited for over an hour after my appointment time just to be told that he was running behind. After my meeting with the Dr, I was very impressed with his professionalism, but not sure that he is the Dr. that I am looking for to treat my problems. I feel that he rushed the appointment after waiting a long time for him. |

Hour and a half wait, 90 seconds of diagnosis and misery....., Feb 9, 2012 I blame myself for going to this Dr. a second time. He is very rude and has you waiting in an exam room for nearly as long as in the waiting room. The man is obnoxious and presumes to diagnose your syptoms with 2 or 3 questions and without a thorough exam. His staff is unhelpful and appear to fear the Dr. No bedside manner whatsoever. There is more warmth from an emergency room than in this office. Stay away ! |

Dr. Duggal and Staff at Liberty Bay Internal Medicine are highly recommended..., Jan 17, 2012 I have been going to Dr. Duggal for over three years. He has become my primary care physician although I first started seeing him to help manage my degenenerative disk disease along with numerous other age-related difficulties. Dr. Duggal's qualifications in multiple areas of expertise effectively make him several doctors in one, including but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, lipids and pain mangement. Although Dr. Duggal is an expert in pharmacology he also has Dr. Nicholas Wyatt, Pharm D working with him as well. The staff has all been wonderful in helping me with the scheduling of appointments and everything I've needed help with. I highly recommend Liberty Bay Internal Medicine with Dr. Duggal and staff. |
