Poor customer service. No compassion. Not helpful. Rude. No resolutions offered. ..., May 14, 2013 Regarding our appointment this morning of May 14, 2013. Upon arriving my 94 year old mother was anxious to to avail herself to the services of Dr. Kligman for chronic neck pain. I had been referred to Dr. Kligman by my personal physician. Upon presenting my mothers insurance card we were informed that it would not be excepted as Dr. Kligman was not listed as the primary care physician. I was disappointed to say the least when i was informed of this, as it was never explained to me when the appointment for a new patient was made that Dr. Kligman would have to be elected as her primary care physician in order for her insurance card to be accepted and to be seen by the Dr. I told the receptionist behind the desk that Healthnet would absolutely pay as I occasionally bring my mother to other primary care physicians that are not listed on her insurance card with out issues from the insurance company (healthnet). No avenue of resolution was offered by the receptionist, and in my opinion I was treated very rudely and was also told that my attitude was not appreciated, at which time I told her I also did not appreciate her shortness with me either, to which she exclaimed that I came into the office with that attitude, which is NOT the case. I became agitated because after waiting 4 months for this appointment I felt that it was neglgent on their part that we were never informed that in order to be seen we would need to elect Dr. Kligman as our primary care physician prior to our appointment. I believe this was an oversight in their policy and not a fault of the patient. I asked her to call the insurance company to verify that there would be no problem and was rebuffed, at which time I thought it best that I call the insurance company so their office would be assured of payment. Downhill fast since changes to office and move ..., Mar 7, 2013 Something has happened since he joined NYU. No one answers the phones, have to call for weeks just to get a response, long wait with doc spending no time with you. This is not the level of care or service people expect from a doctor. |

would not recommend this doctor was horrible disatisfied with staff and the 2 minutes spend with the..., Feb 19, 2013 would not recomend the waiting time is ridiculous i was an hour early for my appt at 2:30 did not get seen until 3:50 by 3:52 i was out of the office was not able to ask any questions on my daughters ruptured eardrum i dont think my daughter should get water in it but i guess i have to wait till i find another dr to be able to ask any questions. i would definitely not recomend this dr nor his facility the staff is horrible made me feel like it was my fault the front clerk forgot to sign me in an hour ago save your time and money i went to his south alamo location on barlite very disapointed in all services with them. |
