  “Dr Todd is the World's Greatest Pediatrician!!”..., Feb 27, 2011

Our twin son and daughter were 1 when we took to Dr. Todds Pediatrics for the first time. He impressed us from the start! He was very friendly, outgoing and silly with our children, which made them feel both very welcomed and comfortable in his office and his care. He relates very well with the children. He is a big kid himself! Dr. Todd takes time to answer all of the questions that many concerned parents have. He will discuss any issues parents may have, such as the eating habits, discipline, and sleep habits of their children. He is very knowledgeable and if he is unable to treat something or feels it may be better treated by a specialist, he will recommend a trustworthy and capable specialist. He is very respectful and mindful of his patients. The staff at Dr. Todds Pediatrics is absolutely wonderful! They work diligently to maintain a fun and friendly atmosphere for their patients! They have fun activities for the kids such as an annual carnival and a visit from the Easter Bunny! Each of the patient rooms are decorated in kid friendly themes with painted murals on the walls, a bucket of clean toys to play and books to read. There is a well child lobby and sick child lobby. Our children have asthma and we have also had a couple of emergency situations over the past five years. Whenever we have had to call, Dr. Todd has always been reachable on his cell phone to give us guidance; e.g. nearest emergency room, wait it out to see him until morning, give us suggestions to get us through the night. He is the first call we make when our children are ill or hurt. It is very comforting for us! Our twins will be 6 in October and they still love going to see Dr. Todd! He is the best! We highly recommend him! His practice is outstanding! He is a wonderful pediatrician. We consider him a dear friend of our family.

Dr Mayfield, took the time to explain everything with us never rushed us. And gave me his personal and professional opinion. I truly thank him for all he has done. This is truly a great Dr that I would highly recommend. He made me feel like a part of his family and not just a patient.!

Dr. Regina Syed is a great doctor. She spent a lot of time with me and addressed my concerns. Through my job, I had a lot of back pain and with Dr. Regina's help I'm no longer in pain and was able to get back to work. Thanks Dr. Regina!

I would recommend to anyone seeking a Urologist to steer clear of this guy. He spent very little time with us, only interested in reciting canned information. It was clear he was on his own time table, spending little time with us, without allowing any meaningful discussion, he was out the door! He omitted information from ultrasound report and got angry. It seemed he didn't care about his poor level of awarness and about my child's condition. He made speculation about my childs condition without including/reviewing recent lab reports. He had no new recommendations for treatment despite my child's deterorating and cronic condition. Besides doubting the depth of his knowledge, the worst part was his bedside manner. Very unprofessional.

I had to make at least 12 calls before I was able to reach the office and schedule an appointment. At times the line was not working. Other times the person left me on hold so long I had to hang up. Finally, I spoke with someone able to answer some basic questions and I accepted the first appointment available 2.5 months later. Before agreeing to request her services I requested to meet the doctor and pay for her time. Her staff person said she didn't know what the cost was that the price was up to the doctor. The morning of my appointment the office seemed geared for high volume and low personal attention. I found staff behavior poor. When answering the phone no one identified who they were. None of the 3 women I met after I arrived introduced herself. I saw no name tags. The reception desk person scanned my license without explaining or asking permission. With all the ID theft taking place nationwide that made me uncomfortable. The young woman who escorted us from the reception to the exam room addressed a lady that was there at the same time and I as "dear" and "girls." After I waited in the exam room an unhappy looking woman introduced herself as the office manager and closed the door. She said she was sorry (she didn't appear sorry but rather in a hurry for me to leave). She went on to say that the doctor and her colleagues in the practice never meet people before they become patients, implying I should leave. She waited to make sure I left the exam room.

I just have to relay this story. I had a colonoscopy by Dr. Kenneth Brown in Plano, TX and I was thoroughly disgusted. I was supposed to be sedated but I was NOT and I remember the discussions that went on during the procedure. He made disgusting pornographic comments non-stop. He talked about his sexual exploits, made disgusting and insulting comments about his wife, and talked about how men cannot be expected to be faithful in marriage. He made comments about relative genatalia size among men. It was a thoroughly humiliating experience for me as a female. I would NEVER go to this physician again and I cannot recommend him one bit.
